Its not a Mi-17 either, the model has a twin tail setup like a Kamov. It was in Black Ops Cold War. Its just a legally different helicopter, which is strange since we see Mi-24s in this game.

It'd have been AMAZING if the canon choice in BO2 that is to shoot Mason in the leg was used differently. Imagine if he came back to Vorkuta instead of Case. Hearing him commenting on all those places we know. Perhaps even having flashbacks. It'd have been so damn cool.

It would be cool throwback. But, since BO2 is still Canon. Mason pretends to be Dead after a lousy shot by woods (Mason's words.) that cause Mason to be alive. Using that advantage so Menendez and Probably the government? (Might be just Menendez he wants to hide.) Won't be chasing after him. During BO6, he's on hiding with a "K.I.A" on his name.

I still find it funny that big ol' mining rig is still almost exactly the same thing from BO1, but rusted to hell. And it honestly makes SLIGHTLY more sense in 6 than it did 1. The machine its based on, the Bagger 288 was first worked on in 1968, launched in '73, then was first commissioned in '78. So about a whole 15 years after 'Vorkuta'. Little historical fun facts with everyones favorite internet strangah.

6:48, The tower you start at in bo6 is indeed the same one that gets hit by the makeshift slingshot. If you look directly behind you in the tower, you can still see that whole area, even though it's an inaccessible area, it's an IYKYK kind of thing.

This was the best thing to have happened in Black Ops 6!! Not only was reliving the moment of escaping Vorkuta but uncovering a secret base underneath the work camp. Now I know where exactly Mason was being brainwashed by Dracovich then later Reznov.

That was kinda alluded too in Black Ops, Reznov shows up for a moment in one of the cutscenes where Mason is strapped down in a lab. Keep in Mind that Mason was brainwashed so bad, that everything he experience, everyone he met, everything he did, all Meshed together and became more Disjointed the closer he got to revealing where the Ship was, not to mention the Interrogation he went through brought back those memories with Numbers flashing, footage of the war, Political discorse etc. It all just became an amalgamation in Mason's head, until he finally Remembered.

They had a great opportunity to have a tape recording in the Vorkuta mission like in the mission hunting season. They could have a Russian soldier during the events of black ops 1 talking about the state the prison is at after Mason escaped saying all prisoners have died and about the fate of Reznov which could have been a tearjerker to hear his name and tell if he’s alive or not. But nooooo they had to focus 25% of the campaign on fucking JANE HARROW!
