Rinse with salt water, floss, brush with toothbrush, mouthwash and hopefully the mouth is done but can not get the floss in the top teeth. They feel like real teeth and look amazing.

Thank you for the really informative, to-the-point videos! I want to understand better how bone loss progresses after implants are in. I am referring to bone loss that is due to the absence of teeth - the spaces between implants - not to bone loss due to poor hygiene. I used to have bridges and I know how the bone at the site of the missing tooth shrunk, forming a dip between the two teeth carrying the bridge. In other words, how does bone loss progress with time when one has implants, assuming excellent oral hygiene? Thank you!

The operation room was as big as the room your sitting in, literally and I noticed that there are 2 holes in the drywall. Not the cleanest but I had already paid. On my very first appointment with affordable dentures the dentist barely spent any time with with me and he assumed I wanted snap in dentures when I told him I wanted implants. So not happy at all. I swear if I had the means to come to your office. But for now I’ll appreciate your advice thank you

What do you think about Nano Ceramic? Do you consider them as a hight quality material?

The primary nano ceramic product is called crystal ultra. Positives are It is as beautiful as anything on the market. Potential negatives are that it requires a stronger material like titanium or pekkton in the form of a bar underneath to support it as well as composite layering for the gums. These things are inherently negative but provide a polylithic solution (three parts glued together) that can become future problem if they debond (become unglued). I definitely would not recommend it for someone that is a grinder or clincher which would definitely potentiate the problem. I love Zirconia because it is monolithic. Zirconia still has limitations and still are the best we’ve come up with as a replacement to the teeth given by our creator.

Hello Doctor I'm having fixed bridges with 4 implants or 6 implants. If I don't like the temporary fixed bridges can I have snap on dentures with the same implants ?

I don’t understand why you would go to a lesser device when you have a top notch one, but I’m sure you could. We have patients that go from Snap in to a fixed device if we know there is a possibility of them wanting to upgrade in the future. It is all about placing the implants in the right location.

Hello Dennis, Some bridges that are fixed to the surrounding teeth. If you have healthy teeth, but are missing one, The dentist will fill the gap where the missing tooth was with a bridge. Attaching the bridge to the healthy teeth on the sides of the missing tooth. The implant fixed bridge is where when a patient does not have healthy teeth and we need to replace all of them. We place the implants in the jaw bone and then attach the bridge/denture to them. These are able to come out only with special tools in a dental office. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
