@@lib25 Yes MILLIONS believe it or not. I come from such a background. In the past, Muslims used to make up a signficant portion of the population of Nigerians in the Souhern and Central regions. But that is gradually diminishing and considering the demographics, it is likely MILLIONS. I can give examples of some of the well known pastors in Nigeria. 1. David Oyedepo was originally from a Muslim family 2. Prophet TB Joshua 3. Bishop Joshua Iginla whose church has a capacity of 100,000 woshippers 4. Apostle Johnson Suleman etc A musician like Davido was originally from a Muslim family. His family happily left Islam. One of the richest women in Africa, Folurunsho Alakija also LEFT ISLAM. A famous case was a son of one of Islamic religous leaders in the far North, Paul Ado Bayero who left Islam. There are lots of examples. In some localities in Southern and Central Nigeria where Islam was like the only religion (having been conquered by Jihad), tons of churches manned by ex Muslims are sprouting like mushrooms all over. The population of Christians in Nigeria is grossly under estimated.

Transformation is more important than conversion. You can be in any culture, still follow christ. The message is universal- love, compassion & truth. All these are in ourselves ( love, truth & compassion), christ will manifest in your heart if you transform. Avoid hatred, avoid lies, avoid arguments, forgive small mistakes done by people around you. Please think 1000 times before conversion, ensure you are not denying your duties as a son, as a citizen, as a head of family.. by conversion. Because God is in you, he doesn't accept if you do not complete your duties. Sometimes you cannot complete your duty if you convert, so talk to god, he will guide you if you need to convert. Don't take a decision by influence of others, or by influence of emotions within you. God bless us all.

You can in some ways since they taught the same form of salvation and the same monotheism but every prophet has some differences; they all were sent by the same God, to the people and time they were sent for teaching the worship of God alone and turning people away from polytheism. This is not the point, the point is all those countries were once 100% Christian countries. Quran does not accept the trinity. Muslims accept all past prophets. But Jesus is not God, Jesus is not the son of God. Christians books have been distorted. You do not have the real Bible, there are 4 different books: John, Luke, Mark and Matthew. But none of these books are original, they were changed by people at the Council of Nicaea. The Quran is the original bible, the word of Allah. God is not a word, Quran is word of Allah. Muhammad is the last prophet. Islam is the last true religion. The books of Christians and Jews were rewritten by human. The Christian Bible consists of the Old Testament and the New Testament. The bible has been rewritten many times. The Gospels began to be written 30-40 years after Jesus was ascended to the sky. Another interesting aspect of the matter is that Although Jesus spoke Aramaic, all four Gospels were written in Greek. When you look at the historical and scientific evidence and the claims of the Bible about God and the prophets, you can clearly see that the Bible has been changed by people. At the Council of Nicaea, there were 400 different bibles, 4 bibles were chosen. It is possible to see many contradictions between the 4 gospels of Matthew, Luke, Mark and John. I will give some examples from the New Testament: According to the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke, Jesus' prophethood lasted one year, and according to John, it lasted more than two years. The number of generations from David to Jesus is 26 according to Matthew and 40 according to Luke.In some places in the Bible, divinity is attributed to Jesus, while in other places he is called human. In Matthew, Mary's husband Joseph is the son of Jacob. In Luke, Mary's husband Joseph is the son of Helen. In Matthew, the number of servants is three. In Luke, the number of servants is twelve. According to Christianity, when Jesus was about to be crucified, he said, "Oh my God! My God! Why did you leave me!" He prayed to God. If this statement is from God Jesus, it is understood that he could not protect himself even though he was God. If it is the words of the Prophet Jesus, it seems that he did not know God properly. Because a prophet said, “Oh my God! Why did you leave me?" does not say. I will give some examples from the Old Testament: Noah drank wine, got drunk, and made love with his own daughters. Their daughter became pregnant from Noah. God wrestled with Jacob and lost. Noah was raped by his grandson Keenan while he was drunk. Abraham offered his wife Sarah to Pharaoh. Aaron made a golden calf and wanted the idol to be worshiped. Solomon was a pagan. Jacob rebuked God.
