Regular people were told they could not understand the bible, just do as the priest said because he had theological training and could interpret. To this day the Catholic church uses missalettes with cherry picked scripture instead of bibles. The priest doesn't tell the congregation where in the OT that scripture is supported. Not many people take bible study classes even though they are available, but even then, Catholics don't get the instruction one gets from a fundamentalist bible teaching church. I left the CC, because their own bible studies started me on the path to opening my eyes to what baloney they were teaching. I'm sure that was an unintended result for them. It is the same for you and your Quran. You people are not supposed to be reading that book unless you read it in its original language. (Btw, Mohammed was illiterate and everything was memorized and handed down from memory, so what, exactly, was the 'original language'?) You are to do as your Imam teaches. You are being duped. This man is trying to open your eyes to the lies, only he, himself, is still deceived. Think about all of this. Jesus will deliver you if you believe in Him, the Son of God, sent to earth to be the ultimate sacrifice needed to atone for our sins; that He was tortured and crucified and while on the cross, the sins of the world were put upon Him so that when He died, (was in the tomb) and resurrected on the 3rd day and ascended back into heaven, He conquered sin and death. Your Allah makes you wait until after you die to decide a whether or not he lets you into paradise. He could change his mind even if you commit jihad. Why would you follow a god like that? Repent and change your ways, follow Jesus, and you can be assured of your salvation. Jesus never lies.

The people here are very religious and the Hindus vote for Hindu govt who take steps to ensure that Hindus have a upper hand in India. On the surface all looks good but internally everything thing in India is controlled by Hindu govt. They make sure that majority key positions govt jobs, law, land and resources are always under their control. Unlike Christian countries where liberals have pulled everyone's pants down and convinced everyone that's the way forward. I have started to watch other videos where Quran claims No one can change words of Allah so than how can Christians Bible be corrupted? And in the Bible its written all will look like angels of God and Quran says nothing about it but if it does say it says Muslims will have 72virgins in Paradise but who gets them? Only mujahedeen gets them, according to hadith its guaranteed who dies for Allah's cause will get special place with virgins. How is it possible sex in the place of Allah is Allah is holy. Second of all the Old Testament has different laws than what was permitted in the New Testament. And third all you have to do is no simple things about Christianity to know that you are completely forgiven for a sin if you ask for forgiveness as though the sin has never been committed. And I am not trying to come down on you and criticize your religion however it seems like you are just bringing up specific things you are told when the Islam religion is criticized without knowing about these things of which you speak. Things like Mary Magdalene being a prostitute Reddit never says that throughout the Bible although many of us know that entities such as the Catholic Church try to downplay Mary magdalene's contributions by turning her into a sinner. Also there were many books of the Bible that were never made Cannon. Also some versus have been changed slightly and in some cases completely. For instance the curses that the Hebrew Israelite speak of mention a ship which would be a slave ship and iron around the necks I mean it sounds a lot like slavery and slave ships however the Codex Sianticus which was the translation from something like the 2nd Century long before the versus said anything about iron and ships for some reason I can't remember what it said now however the mention of anything that sounded even remotely like the slave trade did not start until I believe the 1400 or maybe the 1600s I'm having a hard time remembering. But just like I am asking you not to take specific line just because you are told about them without looking into context or completely reading up on your own and by that I do not mean just read the Bible I mean research the Bible and research meanings and translations. And again I'm not saying this in anger I just think this is what should be done with every religious texts

You really cannot call a person insane for beliefs that they grew up with. I happened to be Christian. Protestant. But I can 1000% understand why someone who did not grow up with religion or hearing any religious stories would find Christianity completely insane. You don't even have to use religion to make this point let's just use holidays. If you grow up in a country celebrating a holiday no matter how weird it is to the outside people it's completely normal to you. I mean look at Christmas. We drag a tree inside our house. We put shiny balls on the tree and lights. We going fall off our bladders and rooves while we're trying to put lights all over our house so we can be seen from space LOL and then spend the next two months vacuuming pine needles out of the carpet that gets stuck in our socks that hurt like hell. We color Easter eggs that a giant rabbit hides for some damn reason. I mean honestly this stuff sounds completely insane but we grew up with it so it's normal. Oh my God, I have never seen or heard any Imam come out to speak like this. God bless you for shedding light on certain things. I couldn’t understand what the problem is and why people would be killing for their God because someone is not a Muslim or to have virgins in heaven and still claim to be serving God. I’m a Christian and my religion did not teach me to force anyone to become a Christian or kill for not becoming one. Just preach the word of God and let God do his job of touching people’s hearts and follow him. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
