This is Final part of the All Anime Overlord character's Levels and Classes series from my channel.
This list is based on overlord anime, light novel, fandom wiki, character's stats and data charts, Reddit Community discussions. In a way this is overlord character power levels.

World Champion class could only be obtained by winning the world pvp contest, which could count as warrior class and give player ability to equip "world champion armor". Only world champion class could be able to use it, that's why those NPCs are surprised that Ainz could be able to use it through "Perfect Warrior". World disaster class is the ultimate magic caster class which could make all magic one tier higher. Their super tier magic would count as tier 12 magic. Both those classes reach maximum level of level 1.

Touch me is definitely the greatest pvp player in ainz ool gown, with him even having won a server tournament for pvp earning him his signature armor, however it might be inaccurate to call him the most powerful supreme being. Though he definitely unmatched in pvp skill (excluding beings like shaltear and rubedo who arguably thanks to a combination of their class builds, abilities, stats and gear are better in 1 on 1 pvp) I recall it being mentioned in the novels that other supreme beings like takemikazuchi is capable of better dps and damage output in general, tabula and herohero have also been credited towards their unmatched pve ability and versatility which touch me’s build didn’t have.

CMIIW Also another things to added , ainz ol gown is the guild that ranks no.9 at the whole server with only just 41 player while the others have above 50+ members And the guild has the most world item in possession, and their dungeon is considered the most difficult in ygdrasil And this guild is really shout " blood for blood " lets say if you're a member of this guild and get PK'd or have been almost PK'd the whole guild will go gamer moment of information searching , analyzing and finally kick the attackers ass whole and whole

A more accurate description is that Touch Me was the most skilled out of all the guild members Despite not having an optimal warrior build like Takemikazuchi he was considered pretty much *untouchable* by the rest of the guild Which is pretty impressive when the guild was alredy among the best in the world with only 41 members (the usual number was 50+) So, yeah, while he wasn't objectively the strongest, Touch Me was just such a god at the game that it didn't matter

neba is at confirmed lvl 63. you are also under estimating Zesshi a low ball for Zesshi lvl is 80+ however the majority believes her to be 90+. PDL amour is thought to be around lvl 85 however his main body is stronger estimated around 95+

Don't be exaggerate with Zesshi, it's fit enough around 75+ cause we still don't know and that's netral guess. Most of her level is high because of the help of the item from six great gods that Theocracy has, if you based on words of the other godkin the leader of Black Scripture, then you can't take that as a parameter level cause he only fight Shalltea 5 second or less and her get brainwashef by World Item Theocracy has that used to capture Catastrophe Dragon Lord

SPOILER: According to the newest LN Volume (16), Zesshi Zetsumei (real name Antilene) is level 88 and thus the strongest New World humanoid we have seen thus far. If Ainz is careless about deployment of his troops, he might risk the death of one of precious NPC's like when Entoma almost died from fighting Evileye and her companions. Though as long Ainz or his Lvl 100 Guardians face her, there should be no problem at all.

@@gerald3339 Mare is one of the strongest mages and he is lv100. There’s an exponential difference between lvls starting from lv80. Mare is just childlike but he didn’t even try. He just trying to recruit her because she have potential. He even mentions employee benefits. And in case you didn’t notice, NW was never a match for Nazarick. Each of the floor guardians have WCI and Divine items bestowed to them. That’s how OP and rich their guild is. They have 11 WCI, most a guild possesses and the 2nd place is 3 WCI. Btw, she did put up a fight. She killed Mare technically but he has Flames of the Phoenix (auto-resu) item so TGOALID didn’t kill him.

I am under the suspicion that that is not true. Since the platinum dragon is the only thing in the world capable of damaging Nazarick or possibly killing momonga. Specially because of [massive spoiler alert, Light-novel readers]: The platinum dragon predates yggdrassil, and therefore uses its own magic, which is called wild magic. Its the reason it consumes HP, because ancient dragons did not have Mana Points. It makes no sense that the fire elemental is higher. Also all of these levels are mostly wrong, a lot of the characters here are simply level 100, it's just that their builds aren't min maxed to be the strongest fighters, its more about roles and utilities, like how Pandora's Actor has the merchant class job. There are a lot of subtleties in the show Light Novel and Web novel. It is also good to know that Momonga's character is actually not very efficient because it was meat for roleplay more than PvP, Insta-kill magic hardly ever hits good players, and can easily be cancelled, that said, momonga is extremely intelligent, has tons of hard earned items, and is great at strategising and planning ahead.

Touch Me should be at the top. Not because he's the strongest, he technically isn't since there are guild members who min/maxed super hard and beat him in raw stats and build, but because the thing that made Touch Me such a beast was the he was just a *god* at the game Where every other player would use game mechanics to gain some sort of advantage, Touch Me was all skill Even his armor and weapons were a prize for winning a server wide tournament, which gave him access to the very exclusive World Champion class

LN Overlord volume 14 after ainz vs platinum armor, pandora actor and several floor guardians said that platinum armor level was 80-90 then ainz concluded that it was level 85. Note: the one fighting with the platinum armor is a pandora actor disguised as ainz.

And with Touch Me and other positive karma members, they will be able to keep Ainz on the right path. Considering Touch Me's authority, most of the guild is likely to follow his suggestions, and Ainz respects him greatly.

Actually in Yggdrasil at best dragons were lvl 95 in a world filled with experience points even still Ainz was cautious the New World dragons. At best the dragon lords are lvl 80 after thousands of years of experience but because of wild magic their physical stats dropped to lvl 70 a magic that needs extra thousands of years just to gain decent power. This makes sense as even Domino Authority's low 7th tier offensive magic which was thought as the magic of the gods was deemed as a 1 shot to everything in existence yet were shocked Ainz barely felt pain, the strongest dragon lord PDL was terrified & knew he'd die immediately by Pandora's Actor copy of Ainz at 80% of his power. So in conclusion, a lone lvl 80 - 90 entity would dominate the New World. Now imagine 41+ lvl 100 entities each with armies of entities beyond the gods of the New World & at least 50+ of those lvl 100 entities have knowledge of world breaking mechanics to surpass you even if you had max skill on top of being the strongest guild with the most number of words items.

my counterargument is that the elder coffin dragon lord was level 95, but that may be only after his undead transformation. We don't know that much about the dragon lords, but Cure was stated to be even stronger than in the bonus volume, so he could be at an even higher level now.

His character sheet puts him on some multi planetary scaling but realistically his physical abilities are continental at best with his his strongest attack if it some how lands would destroy a another 1 of the 20 & most lvl 100 players. Sort of like the Skeletal Dragons which have several Tiers higher than their physical resistance.

Similar to why Cure Elim lost to Ainz it was inexperienced & lacked physical stats on par with Ainz. Yet Ainz Ool Gown the Guild players have survived being attacked by world items. In Yggdrasil every 7 lvls your magic tier increases, at lvl 70+ anyone can access Super Tier. The simple fact no one can in the new world, means either they lack knowledge or their not even lvl 70 in their physical race stats.

With the latest Vol 16 translated and released we have a more accurate number for some characters The elf king is between 70-80. Likely level 75. He can summon a level 80-82 elemental at mana drain. Zesshi is from 80-95. Although is estimated to be around 88. PDL’s armor is around level 85. His main body is 95-120. He is most likely 95-100, however we know his father was a world boss reaching level 120. So it’s possible for PDL to surpass the cap too

Note that Dragons in Yggdrasil were raid bosses which didn't exceed level 95 due to level cap. Since the NPCs and Players seem to still max out at level 100 the same would be most likely the case for the Dragons. Meaning, Elder Coffin Dragon Lord, Platinum Dragon Lord and Deep Darkness Dragon Lord all get demolished by Nazerick's strongest NPC's and Ainz himself. Ainz solos each one btw like he did with Elder Coffin Dragon Lord in the Non-canon Sidestory

Actually you’re quite wrong on this one. Ainz did solo elder coffin dragon lord, but that was in a side story back when he wasn’t all that good at using his power that well. Plus the elder coffin lord in cannon now has 400 years of experience maybe even longer than that. Platinum dragon lord was said to be Ainz and shalltear enemy as it specializes in killing undead. So ainz would have a pretty hard time fighting against him. We got no clue what fighting him is like in his actual body since he known as the strongest native in the new world. The new world has been shown to be quite different from Yggdrasil especially with all these new magic and fighting abilities that are out there. There are some that even rival world class items, so I do believe unless at least 3 of Nazarick lvl 100 team up they couldn’t win without gaining losses.

Btw, Tsa was also trying to pry for information, no? He only bailed when he realized that his remote controlled armor was not a match for Albedo. Let's gather everything we know about the PDL and other DLs from the author's tweets, sidestory spin-offs, LN info, etc. What you will find out is a lot of things make the fight between real Ainz and real Tsa very favorable to the dragon, especially since he's not arrogant like Cure Elim. I'm talking about how the author says that he's built to be the bane of undead like Shalltear and Ainz, so a holy type fighter. Furthermore, we know that he buffs himself with wild magic, and it'll be even more prevalent in the actual 1v1, so it doesn't matter if Ainz does the same. We also know that like Cure Elim, this guy is high enough level to resist instant death magic, and all the summons that Ainz uses will be completely useless if they don't have world items themselves since he can one shot them all with his wild magic attacks and his ultimate nuke attack. Therefore, everything Ainz specializes in is already countered, much like in the Ainz vs Shalltear battle, and I don't think PDL will be as easily deceived by Ainz in a fight. Btw, the ultimate attack I talked about just now basically almost insta-killed Shalltear in a spin-off the author wrote about on his Twitter about the alternate route that PDL in his armor form could've took against Shalltear when they first met. We know that this attack exists in the LN since the dragon queen talked about it in the vol 9 intermission which hasn't been adapted in the anime for some reason. The last thing I wanna say about the PDL we know is that he's the son of the dragon emperor, who is presumably the reason why players even are in the New World, and we know that the dragon emperor is stronger than a Cure Elim who now has hundreds of years of powering up behind him. (Both info from author's Twitter page) Also, about Cure Elim, the ECDL, is presumably level 100 now, and I can confidently say that because in the bonus volume's character sheet pages, you can see that he didn't have full levels on the job class he had just acquired after sacrificing evileye's nation. IIRC, he only needed to live for it to gain its levels, so since he didn't die in the actual storyline, he'd be 96+ now in levels and in all likelihood level 100. In the bonus volume, the only reason Ainz won was because of Cure Elim being arrogant, as stated by the author. And even if he's still arrogant, his strength change is probably enough to win a 1v1 against Ainz. Sorry for the wall of text lol

In Yggdrasil and even in that world, level stands no chance against many things. Just like Ainz said, collecting information is the most important in a fight. If 2 people with equal level, equal equipment, equal in magic then the way they fool the other, the way they collect the informations about the opponent will be the crucial element for victory. Even if there are a gap between the 2 with level, then if the gap is big enough (Like lvl 90 with lvl 100 then lvl 90 still have a chance of winning if he/she prepare enough)

Evileye would've lost against entoma if it wasn't for her hard counter insecticide spell, so she's around level 50 (needs to be below entoma) The captain was stated to be far superior to Solution, and 10 level difference is the amount where it becomes impossible to fight back,, so it actually should be 67+, and probably around level 70 considering he took a full power blow from Shalltear and was only pushed back. It was stated that the captain could never win against Zesshi, so if we apply the same 10 level difference, you get at least 75+ but more likely 80+, and maybe even in the 90s considering Maryuma said that she is the overlord of the New World

The only reason Entoma is stronger than Evileye is because her equipment is far better than Evileye's, most of the Narzarick NPCs have much better gear than anything that be found in the new world. Evileye's LEVEL is above Entoma's because its straight up stated that she's higher leveled than Yuri who is level 51. You can debate about strength all you want, but her level isnt up for debate, its already been confirmed to be above 51. Second. No. The captain was not stated to be (Far superior) to solution. Shalltear's exact words were "stronger than solution" We have no idea by how much. and i highly doubt he's level 67 or shalltear would have used Narberal as the comparison not solution. As for taking a "full power blow from shalltear", that's not even true, she literally slapped him without a weapon or magic, and she's a magic caster not a full a warrior, calling that a "full power blow" is a joke, you dont need to be level 70 to survive a bare handed slap from a half cleric lmao As for zesshi, her level is complete speculation. all we know is she's stronger than the captain but weaker than the true dragon lords. that put's her level range anywhere from 60 - 85.

From the actual translation of the LN, (you can check it out), its stated that he was far superior to Solution. The only reason Solution is used as a comparison is because she's the last battle maid Shalltear saw before heading out. Also, from the ranking Maryuma gave us on Twitter, we know that the captain is weaker than PDL's armor, but stronger than the dragon lords of the council state, and they are the strongest false dragon lords (above level 60). Furthermore, the LN specifically stated that Shalltear used all her might to bat him aside, and she used her divine class weapon in the anime, you can go check the actual translation and video out, and consider that [spoilers for anime onlies]: [PDL's armor whose level 85 was sent flying by a full powered hit from Albedo, whose speciality is defense]. Lastly, Shalltear is a min-maxed NPC, both a warrior AND a divine magic caster, and considering that New World builds are not min-maxed, it makes little difference that she's not a complete warrior to base the captain's strength off of. Shalltear didnt think that he was "strong" for nothing. For Zesshi, there has been nothing said about her strength in relation to the true dragon lords, that's just conjecture on your part. All we know is that she is vastly superior to the captain, so much so that he would never be able to touch her. In vol 15, this point is reinforced. She's the "Overlord" of the New World according to Maryuma for a reason. Easily above level 80. If she was weaker, there would be no reason for the PDL to go after her if she was sent out of the Theocracy.

I took a 10 level difference since that is insurmountable for any scenario. Far superior should mean that. 1. Would have been a reach if Shalltear also didn't compare his apparent strength to her vampire brides from earlier. Therefore, not a coincidence. 2. You mean that the false dragon lords of the council state are at least 46-50 in levels. Dragons can take 50 racial levels by just simply living long enough, as seen by Oladir'arc's character sheet. Then there are people like Blue Sky Dragon Lord from the council state (weaker than BS captain according to Maryuma), who is also a 5th-tier Druidic magic caster. Dragons are natural born Arcane casters, like the false frost dragon lord from earlier, so for being a Druid he needs job classes. Considering all that, he has at least 46 levels (all racial levels, and this much is needed to be called a Dragon Lord) + 29 job class levels (lowest level for casting 5th tier magic) which equals 75. And at most, 50 (highest racial level) + 35 (highest level of 5th tier caster, since 36-42 are 6th tier domain as we have learned from Ainz and Fluder), which at most equals 85. He might even have some classes like [counselor]. Assuming this false dragon lord (who is apparently one of the strongest of false dragon lords, but weaker than the captain), is level 75, where does that put the captain himself? An interesting thing to note here is that while false dragon lords are generally thought of as inferior to the true dragon lords since they can't use wild magic, they still technically can reach level 100 by living long enough and earning job classes, so we shouldn't underestimate them at all. 3. While it is not confirmed that the council state dragon lords are the strongest of the false dragon lords, your bit about the Catastrophe Dragon Lord is just conjecture since nothing has been given to us to even try to gauge his strength.
