@@Dragonsbrethren not sure about that but my zero still succeeds in shuttle mission with 4 bosses defeated… I didn’t do experiment on that… but even succeed the virus are still around. So it’s an advantage too..

On Xtreme2 z-saber plus 2 is a similar color but it looks like a shade of wilted red onion because of the palette limitations.

I have finished the game with both Zero and X but I never use these buffs. I don't even know I can select and use them.

Well in X5 at least there is an explanation, the world is covered in the Virus and a lot of people are going Maverick including the Hunters. So in this case X and Zero, who are both much more resistant to the Virus end up being the best choice to go out, every othe hunter is either going Maverick or at risk to go maverick if they enter the same places X and Zero are going

Quick Charge is a bit faster if you are consistent enough to fire it off in the earliest time and when Auto Charge is on.

Quick Charge is WAY better honestly. Ultimate Buster has a big delay between shots. And imo having all attacks stuck to being charged absolutely sucks because some weapons are better uncharged while some are better charged.

Quick Charge is the superior option over Ultimate Charge, since Ultimate Charge applies to all special weapons, and because like mentioned: most special weapons are better when uncharged

0:03 el shock buffer solo funciona con X sin armaduras o con Zero rojo. 4:11 limones rosados (? O más bien, pomelos xD 4:56 manzanas verdes (? 5:49 el más útil con X 👌 6:24 sable color chicle (? 7:09 ese con la black armor no funciona porque la armadura ya trae esa función en el sable

First loss 2 hours (Enter and go outside of a stage) without killing a boss, after that play normally and kill the bosses, if you kill a boss after that you get a option ti ger life+ or weapon+, depending your choice you get the part 2 hours in game later (is playing 2 stages).

to get parts from bosses you have to fight them when their levels are at least 8, bosses lvl increase by completing/exiting stages, ranks, and probably something else i forgot about

Rescuing characters from stages and, yes, choosing weapon + life or weapon + energy makes a difference. There's a guide out there telling you which ones are found where. I believe the Z-saber plus is in Axl the Red's stage. Makes sense because red light which is washed out with white is more magenta which is the Saber color. I think the color should be selectable tbh. If I knew how to code-in the options I would mod the game to do that and to be able to stack effects of parts, or at least make it so you don't waste a slot trying to put two saber effects on Zero since one overrides all the others. Plus shot eraser kills viruses just like the virus buster.

This game is easy already, with armors and parts it becomes very boring to play. The levels are short, uninspiring and have absolutely ZERO challenge. They have interesting gimmicks, but they don't do much with them. X6 is a mess, but I'd rather play that. At least you feel SOMETHING while playing X6.
