Perilous dancer doesnt unlock for me even when I take no damage during specials. I've been trying for hours last night and today haha. Game tells me when I fail the CA - even on runs where I don't get fail msg I still dont get the ca.

Makes sure you’re not taking any damage when not standing on the glowing circles, For some reason that fails the CA. As soon as the 2nd basic attack animation starts, head over to the next circle to ensure you’re getting the full effect of the protection circle. Other than that, not sure what the issue could be

@@itsbrianirl been at it for 6hrs today bro i dont understand lol. No matter how perfect the run seems, I skip the shield phase, i skip tornadoes, i skip jaguar phase to be extra safe - no CA unlock

For blue moon, just wait at the door until you see the tornado phase is just about to end and enter with prayer, spec ready and thrall as soon as youre in and you can easily wipe it before it even gets to the tornado phase again. Youll unlock the elite CA as well by doing it this way, saves you a lot of grief when trying for the perfection CA.

Thanks for the help on that final CBA! I was not aware that I needed to not get hit while being off of a circle cause it only said regular attacks. I happened to get the 6 minute speed task with Bandos, a fang, and Crystal Halberd for special attacks.

for the final one it's not about not getting hit by the regular attack. Each of the three moons have a passive poke of 1 if you run off of the circle.

like if you get hit by a regular attack off the circle, its fine, but they will always poke you with a passive 1 every few ticks if you arent on, which isnt a regular attack

Reposting this in a few spots that I was looking. If you fail the CA at any point you MUST grab the chest to end the encounter and reset the challenge no matter what boss you're on.

Might be related to While Guthix Sleeps releasing today. Typically there’s bugs every time a major release occurs, and there’s definitely been some bugs. Give it a week or so and try again and see if that fixes anything

It's mechanically designed like that, but you can force end of you use a weapon that does 2 hit splats on the same tic; before it's on 1hp.

On the speed one, when does the time count? is it as you're entering and exiting each room?

Im not entirely sure, but my guess is that as soon as you enter the 1st boss room the countdown begins and continues until you beat all 3.

Speed runs for Moons is mainly gated behind stats and gear. (Stats most importantly. I got one of them unknowingly on my iron which has shit gear). There’s nothing skill related to help you get better time. The most I can think of to help you with times (with some good RNG) is trying to Dharok bomb all the bosses, but that’s it’s own can of worms

@@itsbrianirl he is saying no matter what you get hit a 15 at the start of the jaguar phase. no time to run to that circle when it starts.

I think he’s referring to how not to get hit during the jaguar phase (from either the jaguar or the blood pools). The 15 damage at the start of the phase happens regardless and is unavoidable

@@Dapper_Dan_Man you probably got it already but my method was: wait outside the room till the blood jaguaqr phase has ended then you have 2 rotations to kill it before there is another jaguar phase. A ham joint helps as well since you can get 2 hits in after walking back. easy rythm.
