I assume you did it with masks? Edit: Just found out from the description that Hax Translations did it, wonderful job mate. Also you have a QC? Hell yea.

Yeah, basically it was just masking in Premiere, although I had to prepare images to mask beforehand. Since most of the POV's were kind of similar, it wasn't too hard to mask the static elements. The Polka POV did mess things up a bit, so we ended up just leaving it as it is. I didn't even want to try to mask around that discord overlay. But for the character images and the Text it was just inserting and placing images and solid color generators frame by frame. I even overdid it in places that most people wouldn't notice and in the end I had to leave out some things to get it done. You can see that while the girls are scrolling though the message history, when they scroll really fast, the text is no longer translated. But yes it was a lot of work. And also the last time I'm doing something like this. At least until the next collab.
