You gotta run these on Taramps amplifiers HD or MD edition! I have 4 8” @ 900w rms and 2 10” 500wrms with 2 12” Skar subs 1500w rms each. The sounds on the highs, forgot to mention 4 300w rms Skar tweeter/horns. Taramps is flexing all of them. Taramps MD3000.1

I just bought 4- PRV 6-1/2 to go in my Lexus gs. I'm not impressed yet with the sound and I think its because I don't have any (Hi & good vocals). So I'm considering going with prv tweeters or JBL GTO-19T. Clarity is my main focus. Hearing the symbols, hi-hats, chimes. Not just being loud. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thxs!

Well yes you definitely have to get the Highs to it for sure and a good processor for good tuning but it’s a good brand I love them

You need a wide range of horns and tweeters along with 6.5” for midrange Crossover and powering everything properly is the most important thing

Well i have ds18 slims and they kept blowing out. Never had issues with any other speakers. I have cheap soundstreams going 6 years strong. While the ds18 died in a few months. To multiple people i know. Setup was setup using smd products. So if you get ds18 becareful. Prv has always been great.
