Something that was overlooked on the discussion for word of crota is that precision instrument will pair very very nicely with void lucky pants users as it will scale even higher than vorpal well before the mag is finished (which is where the real damage lives) and it can be enhanced which hopefully means more damage

We currently have access to a lot of good rocket launchers. My guess is that Bungie knows this and decided to add the other weapons instead. Black hammer was never even an option because we have its exotic equivalent in Whisper. I wish all weapons would come back, but leaving some weapons out of a reprised raid is nothing new.

For my sunbracers warlocks speaking from experience the auto rifle with pugilist in the third column is amazing. It seems into the origin perk so well and you can have whatever you want for the fourth column.

Maybe the reason that oversoul edict reminds you of grasp of malock is because grasp was the year 2 version of oversoul edict when you couldn't infuse the previous raid weapons up. Same how imago loop is just the year 2 fatebringer and treads upon stars was the year 2 vision of confluence. Destiny 1 sunsetting and re-issuing.

I got Word of Crota with demolitionist/destabilizing rounds. That paired with Nezarec’s Sin gives crazy grenade spams. I’m planning to craft one with repulsor brace/destabilizing rounds for my void builds.

Rolled a subsistence/sword logic swordbreaker and immediately put it on my no backup plans build. Sword logic and the NBP damage buff put in work for people who don’t want to use or don’t have conditional finality

Got my first Abyss Defiant to drop the other day with Heal Clip and Sword Logic and i am *absolutely in love*. New favorite weapon. Also Swordbreaker with Demo/Barrel Constrictor in PvE is surprisingly fun on a Strandlock. Roll with Weaver’s Trance, eat your nade, kill things with Swordbreaker, suspend things, get your nade back in like 3 kills and start it all over again.

Something that’s overlooked is word of Crota can 2 tap with sword logic After Downing a super, not to mention it has one of the most forgiving two head one body in the game, as well as staying active for around seven seconds

Swordbreaker is hands down the best pvp light weight shotty simply having enhanced slideshow and opening maxes range allowing the use of barrel shroud for handling a handling MW and assault mag for fire rate netting you stats if 100 range and 90+ range alongside the extra benefit of assault mag so you can shoot even faster for follow ups or when the shot doesn’t kill. That’s not including adept rolls with adept handling to then get 100 rand and handling at the same time

Crafted my Fang of Ir Yut today and, don't sleep on Surplus, especially on a strand hunter with two grapples. It immediately fixes slow handling and reload which rapid fire scouts struggle with, it makes it feel fantastic.

I have a Lodbrok with target lock and it’s hitting for 40 to the head by the end of the gunfight. Makes rangier fights always end in my favor. Only really struggles against scouts with a payload perk.

Mild suggestion: maybe express the range compression benefits at the higher end for shotguns as, "diminishing returns," instead of "range cap." As the only cap is 100 on the stat. Granted you receive much less relative benefit from the higher end.

I just want more 360 and 450 LMGs in the game. I just dusted off my Adept Swarm with Vorpal/Outlaw/Big Ones this season and it feels like *almost* like it did when I first got it (rip Vorpal nerf). With so many arc shields this season (Hive knights), it's just decimating ads and has crazy range/precision for single target deeps. RIP Hammerhead, my one true love.

The Abyss Defiant is my go-to PvE Solar weapon currently. It's just a ton of fun to use with my subsistence and Sword logic roll along with it's origin trait and radiance from solar. Not sure if Ill get to go enough runs to get a craftable but I'm ok with this one roll. I really do wish the RoF was faster but if the damage were reduced, maybe it works better as a slower RoF but with high damage at least in my case with Subsistence and Sword Logic. With Sword Logic x2 or x3 it's basically a single shot red bar kill which makes the gun basically infinite ammo as long as red bars exist. Also in PvP it actually slaps even just with Sword Logic as a damage buff. The range of engagement feels a little finnicky depending on maps as I've had times, at least with my roll, where some people were just a hair too far. If they're within Submachine gun range though you almost never win. But in that effective range it does work. I had like an 8 kill streak in Iron Banner within one phase of the central control point and it was pretty back to back keeping the Sword Logic (x2 I think) up the entire time making the TTK stupid fast.

Yeh exactly. People are only looking at the big numbers but the proc condition is annoying. If you are shooting some champion but then your teammate gets the kill instead, no buff for you.

Rampage is better in pve than sword logic for primaries especially. Rampage can stack to max off of red bars but with Sword Logic you gotta find yellow bars to get any decent damage increases and really mini-bosses which just doesn't happen that often. If there was a way to get x2 eaiser with Sword Logic like maybe an ability kill or something it would be better but as it stands I think it's pretty lackluster compared to other damage perks for primaries like rampage, adrenaline junky, multikillclip ect.

Completely agree. It is a very mediocre perk and most of the time you're sitting at x1 or x2, which is a mere 15 to 25% boost. Getting to x4 (50%) will never really happen because 1) most of these raid weapons are primaries and 2) killing a boss usually despawns all adds and there's nothing else left to kill. Golden Tricorn is a much better high-stacking damage perk, but so are most other versions like you said. I was very underwhelmed with this perk when I tried it.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on Witch Queen so I waited to for Steam keys. Still, I played Season of the Risen and when Season of Haunted came out I had thrown 40 bucks at Bungie for all seasons, raids, campaigns, and 30th anniversary. I stopped playing when Season of Plunder came out. Now I don't know if it is worth it to come back. Most people I play with have dropped it. The key for the bundle with all seasons and dungeons is 37$. I don't know what to do
