It's crazy to think that now it was originally supposed to be Sora, but they couldn't get him in the game at the time, so they went with Bayonetta. I'm glad they did; not only is she fun to play as, but the rage she gave the community in Sm4sh was glorious.

theoretically she won in europe and was the most profitable character of the options that sakurai had in addition to being part of Nintendo different from sora who was linked to disney and at that moment nintendo did not have a strong commercial connection with disney so sakurai decided to use bayonetta

Not exactly, as Sakurai said it right here even back then “Among the negotiable and realizable characters, she’s number 1 world wide” he never said she was the winner. He said 1 in Europe, Top 5 in USA, and among the realistic choices he would be able to negotiate back then she was number 1. Sakurai didn’t lie.

I love the smash ultimate reveals however I was very disappointed and mad on how a fair amount off people behaved. I’ll just say I was very disappointed on how very little Etika was brought up even the most tasteful of way. Also descriptions of tbe fighters pass mention in other contents creators videos things to safe and were censored worse then snakes on a plane when it was aired for cable. That I do not approve of sadlas I believe in freedom of expression I will not force you to agree with me think what you want. I will respect your opinion even though I heavenly don’t agree with certain people to many for me to know. Etika will be missed by me ge brought a good couple of years of needed stress relief into my life I appreciate that immensely.
