That doesn't count. You had to download the dlc for the title voice. If you just get the base game like I did, you don't get the title voice. It's a staple of series, and I already miss it, but I sure am not gonna pay 3 bucks for it.

But I don't care much for that stuff so I just bought the base game. When I started re4 remake I was somewhat sad there was no voice yelling "Resident Evil 4", but like I said before I am not gonna pay for that. No problem if you want to though, up to you.

Resident Evil 4 remake has a title voice. If you set music and sound effects to original, then go to the title screen and start game, a voice says the title.

It’s kinda nuts that Operation Raccoon City 3:10 has arguably the best voice out of all of them and no one can prove me wrong. It’s the most sinister and is executed perfectly. Even the evil is dragged out to a devious amount and there is extra emphasis on the resident. Super sinister.

They need keep voice announcer. It’s just something that is all too familiar and fits to make us feel we are entering a hell we cant come out of. Out of all of them my personal favorite is re outbreak. It just clicks that feeling of you just went inside and had your chance of turning back ended. Prepare to go forward into the world of survival horror. I remember being terrified by voice as I press start and new game. It’s just something we all want. That feeling I mentioned before.

I’m not sure who does the voices for REmake 1, OG4, and 5, but that guy should ALWAYS be voicing the title call. He has the most sinister sounding voice out of Al these guys and give a great sense of unease. It almost sounds like he injected himself with the T-Virus and is becoming corrupted. If zombies had higher cognitive skills and could talk, they’d sound like him.

I mean... going back to the older games and replacing the voices with this guy who sounds like Captain Barbossa? 😂 He would do amazing on a title card of a pirate game though. Resident Evil 6 too? It's just the "digital cube sound that Ada carries" on my PC Steam. Wow the small details they kill in the PC version vs. Handheld Console. I also noticed the eye movement animation is on the console as well. Which looks really cool. Why doesn't PC Steam have that?
