What healer do you recommend for bgs? Wanting to learn bg healing

Great question! For learning BG healing, I'd recommend playing the stronger healers FE: Mistweaver, Preservation Evoker, Disc priest as they have the strongest healing output, utility, damage, mobility. The easiest out of the bunch I'd say is mistweaver as it has the easiest straight forward rotation. These are the best healers in BGS, allowing the learning process to be easier as you wont be playing a healer that's pinned against your learning success because it's weaker. However, BGs are so open that virtually anything can work. Resto Shaman will always be a great BG style healer. Holy Paladin BG healing is a little out of its element but still can be great for learning as it is the easiest healer to play amongst all 7 healers :)

Who would you say is the best 2’s partner for a Resto Sham to climb the ladder with?

Great question! 2's is very open to any comp regardless of meta performance which makes it a enjoyable and easy bracket. Resto shaman can excel with a lot of DPS like Rogue (Preferably Assa/Outlaw), Fury warrior, Spriest, DPS that are really going to open resto shaman up to utilize its offense. Me personally, I absolutely love and fear a good resto shaman DH. I think if you can get that momentum early, it's really hard to lose. The constant pressure that DH naturally excels at and the ability to help retain that pressure as the resto shaman with the roots, static fields, purges, it really opens up the DH to continuously be more brain ded. CC synergy is pretty ok, nothing really lines up perfectly unlike lets say a freezing trap into hex, but you can still definitely chain CC pretty hard like Fel eruption on heals, Sigil of Fear, Hex --> Lasso Kill target. That's personally my favorite comp to play as resto shaman but resto shaman is open to other options. You could also just...play with a meta dps like FE: BM or Feral, that's always a great option :)
