Its funny because i noticed that Super class revives all fit into one of two categories: incredibly emotional scene where one character dies and begs another to continue their legacy, or incredibly encouraging scene where a character emerges from the brink of death filled with new vigour and a sense of steely determination to finish the job. Yeah, that's the real problem with UI Goku's revive. He isn't built to take hits in the first place, which is why he has a 70% dodge in the first place, but he *needs* to take hits to activate his revive. Plus, he can't revive in the same turn after taking the hits, only the next attacking turn, so even if he gets hit 3 times, there's no guarantee he'd survive long enough to actually use his revive.

Cell doesn't revive. He heals himself at 30% HP and transforms. He's like UR INT Goku Black's transformation. It happens automatically if you meet the conditions.
