LR INT Cell not being even mentioned is the biggest crime since "to be released." He hit 2024 numbers when we just ended 2022, plus the heal coming in clutch in no item events, plus the damage reduction... List needs an EZA.

His got changed from 30% HP or less to 40% since it wasn't an active skill condition so you could see him more often, hell even on turn 2/3 if you got hit hard enough prior. @@fracturedfuture370 Two things: 1. At that point in the game, it was pretty easy to meet the 40% HP condition since bosses hit like a truck but not yet like a nuclear OHKOing one like they do today. Only time I had relative difficulty transforming him was vs Cell Max because the team would just end him into his third stage before I could lose significant HP, and at that point it's either dodge or die. 2. AGL LR Gohan has a much more restrictive "TRANSFORMATION. CONDITION." and yet he was listed.
