Aoa , thank you Amna for your expertise in taking good interview especially about women health . She is 100% right that women health is very important and it starts from childhood . My dad was also very good at getting us supplements and healthy diet . My mom always said that get professional education . After becoming gynecologist I used to teach young girls / women to eat healthy and be active . They need it because they have to bear children later . I hope it will bring change in our society . I am 61 years old Alhamdulillah and going to gym regularly and feel better every day .

I was also raised like a boy. My parents encouraged and supported me . I was married to a man who was an angel like my dad but God needed him in heaven too soon at the age of 40. Bravo Aamna for doing such an incredible job empowering women..keep it up. Thank you
