It can also be ADHD, not just anxiety. She's spoken about that as well. We get very restless. I have a really hard time sitting still, and I'm often fidgeting to pay attention. I was also misdiagnosed with GAD for a long time until I got diagnosed with ADHD and found out Anxiety was a symptom of that.

This show just made me realize that bringing up kids for celebrities is so much easier compared to common people. I remember when my kid was an infant, rushing through bathing him, cooking, feeding, cleaning, washing, dropping him in daycare, and then going to office. Again running back home from work, picking him up, and chores continue. It’s definitely much easier for them with help for every task at hand. Nothing wrong with that but they are blessed.

We live very different lives from our domestic help. Doctors live different lives from accountants. Lawyers live different lives from coast guards. I agree the one thing Alia said that somebody going through depressive phase wants you to hear her without offering any solution and that was the reason why I left all my small minded college friends because those small minded girls kept offering me solutions and found me too dramatic, though they were students of psychology and considered themselves well read.
