Yes it unlocks the operator,but not his default skin, and you can use it in any gamemode

You can unlock him fast by just unlocking the closest section thingys (I forgot the name lol) you can skip all the other ones. By the way, in order to do that you have to turn auto unlock off. Hope that helps I'm not good at explaining really so sorry.
