All I can say is alpha packs, anyone who has stuck around for a while will be stacked with skins and there’s enough variety of skins in the packs that there’s not much of a need to make more, or atleast as much of more.

In case anyone is interested in Pro League Sets from the past, some are still available. Go to Ubisoft Store, there are 4 of them from Y4S1. I got Ash which is the best. How long will they stay in the Store, I don't know. I think it's a Holiday thing, they could be gone by January. Just a guess.

Man, the older skins were wayy cooler. 99 percent of The skins up until grim sky are so good-looking. I was invested in buying operators at first so didn’t get the chance to collect all these cool skins. The skin quality really deteriorated in later seasons and good skins are behind pay walls mostly. My personal favourite would be piranha from skull rain, crossfader from Velvet Shell, Tiger claw from white noise and all of the operation red crow skins.
