Nah dude. The NPC has 3 spawn locations. Look on the map for 3 shrine circles

There is another secret place where if you pick axe a shrine’s stairs it takes you to a room. It only works on one of the shrines and I forgot which shrine it is but I saw a KZbin video for it.
