I like how the Sword Kirby fight ends up being almost equal on both sides, you winning by only a few frames. Then right after is the Cutter fight, where you just camp in the opposite side (and then get bodied as soon as Shadow Kirby forces you to move)

Since people are confused: He noticed that something is wrong and tried to follow dark meta knight to investigate. Then he bumps into kirby in the first level, after which he assumes kirby to be an invader and tries to fight him and fails. While Kirby fights dark mind, he realizes that Kirby is only trying to help and recovers the sword after kirby lost it between dimensions. Quite a while later, he leaves the mirrorworld and goes to another dimension to train and become stronger. After getting wrecked, he just decides to travel the dimensions and pull pranks on people whenever the mirrorworld has no trouble going on, because why not?

The official Kirby wiki lists him as Hero, Shadow Kirby only fought Kirby because he wanted to protect the Mirror-world, he supports Kirby during the battle with Dark Mind, if Kirby drops the Master ability (Meta Knight’s Galaxia) he throw it back at him.

Not only do their 3D designs differ (3D version of MWKirby is seen in Star Allies), but Fighters' "Shadow Kirby" was made for that game. Since you fight Fighters' "Shadow Kirby" in "Another Dimension"(?), it is likely that is their homerealm, much like how MWKirby is from the Mirror-World. I would very much like to see Fighters' "Shadow Kirby" again in future titles… Maybe Nintendo will expand on their lore someday…

Man! Shattering is death. Poofing or exploding means temporary destruction they recover from. Basically, dark metaknight is the only character who just straight up comes back from death whenever he wants.
