I have played all of games up to these 2 and i really enjoy alot of them call of duty ghost and the original Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 were my favorites story whise. lately Times have been harder then usually these days and i usually can only afford to buy so many game a month and sometimes have to choose between buying a game or buying food or paying a unseen bills to it showed up and when it dose i some times i get a little a cranky and i usually dont post anything in that state and i dont believe in bad mouthing any game to i try it first. I thank you for not jumping down my throat like most would of done and i will go back and change my comment to something more positive and hopeful next month actually be able to play one of them if evey thing gos right. I don’t think it’s a “mistake.” Obviously grammatically/spelling wise, yes it is. But that’s with the meta-knowledge we know as players looking in hindsight. I believe the masculine noun was used purposefully for the story, to show that none of them know who it is, and that “he” is very mysterious. My reasoning, 1. Previous to her, the leader was a man (the one she said she killed in the mountains in the interrogation). And 2. It was made obvious that because of how secretive she was very few people knew her identity, not many or no one knew she killed her predecessor or that the predecessor was dead at all, and on top of that I’m sure there was an assumption (due to the historically one sided gender hierarchy bias) that a cartel leader would be male. It would make sense considering in the conversation with the 4 of them driving through the city, they repeatedly use “he” or “him” when speaking about who The Nameless is. “Where can we find *him* ?” “No one knows who *he* is.” “But *he* is everywhere”
