My favorite will always be T2:JD. Everything else seems like the after-party. Also, T4: Salvation is actually a prequel to T1. Dark Fate is T3 now because it picks up in the same timeline right after the event of T2 where John is still a child wearing the same clothes he wore at the end of T2 as he is killed by "Carl" (in my Rick Grimes voice). T3: RoTM, SC Chronicles and Genysis are all alternate timelines that branch off to different results. Whatever follows after Dark Fate would be T4. The fixed event is that military AI will cause the destruction of modern civilization, and the end result will be the Matrix where mankind and the machines will form a symbiotic relationship to survive.
