Aggression is by medical definition and clinical experience not self-destructive. In fact, aggression is incredibly constructive if you just learn to direct it at the right things. No successful people ever have rejected their aggressive impulses in favour of something like passivism. There is a reason why genres like metal are so popular in egalitarian and peaceful societies like Sweden and Norway. It reflects not destructive intent, but will. Will to do, execute, perform and achieve despite challenges and obstacles in life. You cannot overcome hardships by feigning a smile or by being defensive. You gotta admit what is happening is wrong, allow anger to overtake you and by the power of aggression solve the problems before you. I know what I'm talking about.
