I love how you separated the hidrocors, it helps SO MUCH. The starburst style just looks more natural IMO, less bug eye effect. I'm willing to sacrifice the color variation in exchange for a more natural look. So far I've tried the Rio and Gemstone collections and I have to admit that my favorites were the starburst pupil hole designs, so the Buzios and Aquamarine. I'm curious now to try out the graphte and avela because of this video. I love your descriptions of each color, very well done Fonzevil!

I've only used grafite and it was gorgeous. People kept thinking it was my real color, it looked so real and natural. I have dark brown eyes and they didn't look buggy. I want to try a new color but might go back to grafite... or get multiple. Thanks for the review!

lol same, the first pair I ever bought from Solotica was the Ice pair because I saw a video review and they looked SO GOOD in the video but in person oh my gosh I looked a zombie 😂

The first pair I got was hidrocor ochre and people at the office told me I look like a zombie/wolf... it was such a fail lol. But then I got the hidrocor avela and they look 10 times better

I have wasted 250.00.The lenses that look the worst on br eye,s are Crystal,Hidrocor Rio Copacabana,.Some brands don,t breath.I am seriously thinking of not ordering,anymore.

I got the grafite and I thought they were more grey than blue but when I tried them they looked more blue than grey. Wish I saw your video before I purchased! I’ll definitely try the mel and ocre ones next time!!! Thank you for the awesome video!!!

Thank you! It's very helpful to have all the colors in this line in one place. I have light brown eyes and the contact colors definitely look different on me. It would be VERY helpful if you did a video with someone who has lighter eyes and tried on the same color contacts so that we can see how the colors will look different on dark and lighter brown eyes. Would that be possible? THANK YOU!

Awesome video. The main prob with majority of Solotica annual lenses is that they’re either super bright(zombie) or the hue is way unnatural: Topazio, Cristal, Quartzo, Ice, Jade and Safira. The “3D effect” would actually look beautiful if they just toned it down a bit!! Like they did with this year’s Rio Ipanema. The monotone effect is not realistic. I’m impressed with Grafite this year too even if it’s monotone. Those 2 are not the colors I’m going for but they look gorgeous/natural and I’m tempted.

I wish I would have watched this video before I ordered :(. I ordered the quartzo and MAN, I look like I'm possessed. I love the color but not on a human lol. I'm hoping to get some feedback from the company about a lens that will be a bit more subtle and not so unnatural. Your video definitely gave me some suggestions.

marianna omesy It’s definitely more on the control side, not too over the top, pupil is not as circular, it’s right but more blendy. I prefer the monthly :)

@@FonzReviews Hi. My eyes are dark brown, like yours, but they are deep, so there is always a shadow effect under my brows. I bought urban Layer Cloud blue lenses and in the mirror I saw that they were blue, but on the camera it was only visible in bright light. What killed me was that a friend came to visit me and I told him, "check out the blue lenses," and he was like, " are you wearing lenses?" I was upset because it was only in daylight that you could see that my eyes were blue, and I wanted to have light ones so that even in bad light you could see them, like Liam Hemsworth's. So I decided to find for myself really light eyes, ideally slightly blue, again like Liam Hemsworth, Natalie Dormer or youtuber JesusAVGN. And I decided that Solotica should be the best choice, since they specialize in brown eyes. That's why I wanted to ask you, as an expert, which option might work for me? I would like them to be light and this soap is visible even in the evening, and I would not like to see a zombie effect, but also realistic. I chose 4 options: Rio Ipanema, NC Crystal, NC Ice and NC Quartzo. As an expert, what is your best advice?

I wear ICE and Buzios the most, thinking about getting grafite since ICE is way too drastic even tho i love it it always makes me the "center fo atention and I dont always feel like being so. And buzios is almost like my natural color just ads a bit more green, so I need an inbetween option. Love your videos as always thanks!

If you have dark brown eyes, jade will look like reptile lenses on you. Buzios are more natural. If you have a lighter eye, Jade might look good.

Anesthesia are awesome. Try the addict blue ones, im currently wearing them. I also find solotica to have fake colors. Who on earth have their eyes colored like Mel or Quartzo or Topazio, kinda look like neon lights lol that said,the patterns if the hidrocor line are very nice, one can't say otherwise
