Also, a couple of notes: 1: Kazuya's KO Rage Art against Jun: I know, just nothing new ( as of yet ) happens. It's just his regular rage art, no new lines or animations. That's why it's not included. 2: Law's special intro from the CNT, "I hate rich people," is removed in the Beta. But I included it for the video's theme and to prevent a flood of "You forgot Law's 'I hate rich people' intro" comments 😄 Enjoy the video and hit 👍

A small additional detail for Kazuya's Rage Art: When he uses it on Jun, she seems to be the only character he doesn't disrespectfully kick away at the end. It's a small detail, but one I appreciate.

Most of these have been explained - such as him knowing Xiaoyu (anime), him hating Mishima (backstory), him having a statue (backstory), Leroy beating Feng in the past (this happened in the events of Tekken 7).

@@Wizard_Lizard_ 1) Anime is non-canon. Blood Vengeance is also non-canon. Inclusing old motion picture Tekken. 2) Mishima is explained. Due to his post-DLC backgrouns. I can agree. 3) But statue? Well, only to guess that what he did, to stop the gang. T7 Background don't said much about him being famous. 4) Within Trailer, he defeats Feng. But that's all we know. Also he beat Lei, and Law. Especially known that Trailer was made only due to present Leroy. Especially that Law's Tekken 8 backstory didn't even included being beated by Leroy, i say all this fuss with trailer being canon should be avoided. It's impossible to confirm anything related to that trailer being true.

@@ShadowMark3_ Netflix was the one who created Tekken Anime, and to my reaction, even if Netflix is having beyond infamous reputation, sometimes it creates some good anime. However, just cuz of reference, it's still non-canon. I doubt you can count Tekken from Netflix as a source, to confrim that Xiaoyu knows Leroy. Tekken from Netflix has many story holes. Such as Jun teleported, while was holding Ogre's hand, for keeping him from her son. In the original, she was just dissapeared, while Jin was unconscious. First part of the anime was great. But when Jin enters the Tournament... There's alot of things, that cannot be considered canon at all. Like - May Leroy has a perfect timelaps for being in Tournament, due to his age. But he never was in Tekken 3. Paul is more serious, which is plus, but still non-canon. There is alot to talk about. However, we will know more, once game out. Remember, i am don't know much, why Tekken Team decided such story changes. Cuz i have to throw away a half of logic to the trash can. Cuz Studying Tekken lore, is like a weather. Today is sunny. Tomorrow is rain. After tomorrow is snow. Like, how? After-after tomorrow is sunny and hot. Story goes from one point, to the other, with each sequel.

Wholly agreed. Prior to Heihachi's betrayal, Jin didn't have a proper adult figure to help guide him and direct his rage and hatred towards the dark half of his bloodline. Sure, Jun taught him, but her values were constantly getting sidestepped by the Devil Gene's influence. Lars is by far the nicest and most helpful family member Jin has. Something that I was kinda hoping Asuka would have fulfilled until Wasted Plotential kicked in for her.

Both of them are tomboyish characters with ties to Jin, and are both quite aggressive in how they fight. I just wish they would do something with her as part of the main story. The only thing I do like is that they remembered that Asuka has a feud with Feng. Other than that? Nothing else.

One thing I appreciate about Jin vs. Kazuya is that it's short and straight to the point. No words are needed, just Kazuya's smirk and an electric clash of fists and we're fighting. I like how most of the intros have lines that are short and to the point as well.

This is whats sets rage arts apart from critical arts and fatalities/fatal blows. While it also has the same level of heavy and effective sound effect and final impact like sf and mk. But T8 adds unique and specific character voicelines and k.o animations too. I think it can also be said on the win animations. Again differ on certain characters. Defo appriciate the tekken team for putting more flavor on it than what it had on tekken 7. Definitely one of the more under appreciated aspects in tekken8.
