Shannel says back so matter of factly, "Thank you. (long pause) That felt good." But thats not exactly how it went down... she actually says "Thank You. Thank you. That feel so good to hear' ... but i love the way Violet says it better... it cracks me up every time. Ive heard her talk about it like 10 times and i'll never get tired of it. Shannel was a big inspiration for Violet.... Shannel, Detox and Raja.

Something that really gets me about these two is how invested Violet is in Gottmik’s success. Some might feel it’s maybe overbearing but to me it’s honestly so endearing how earnest Violet is about it. A bit like an older sister (complete with teasing and shade) who’s not in rivalry with her younger one but instead truly wants her younger sister to reach all her goals and then some.

I definitely agree with Violet usage of the whole "they" instead of "he" or "she" when referring to GottMik mostly comes from people trying to be respectful, I tend to use "they" period for everyone in drag, unless someone tells me otherwise... As a trans-man myself who does drag, even though I couldn't careless about pronouns in drag, I've definitely experienced the whole anxiety from others not knowing how to refer to me in drag and are terrified at fucking up, but people should just ask at the end of the day. Team GottMik all the way, it's time for a trans-male winner! 🤩👑

​@@pseudonymous9153that's why I said people should ask at the end of the day...🙄 We're all different, people aren't psychic, if you just instantly go in attacking people you don't give them a chance to learn from mistakes and can even make them not want to learn because who wants to listen to people who gets aggressive with them for not knowing stuff? We are all ignorant in different areas of knowledge, to crucify individuals for being in the unknown isn't just stupid, it's unreasonable, because we were all in the unknown at one point or another, the first step should be to enlighten not degrade and attack the ignorant. Ignorance doesn't instantly mean bigoted you know, when someone is bigoted they let you know by the way they react to you trying to educate them and open their minds. As trans drag performers, in this case trans-men we're all different, GottMik clearly likes to be referred to as she/her in drag and he/him out of drag and I have met many who are exactly the same, but I've also met trans-male drag performers, who still go by he/him in and out of drag, then there's ones like myself who couldn't careless about pronouns in drag. So my point once again is, people aren't psychic, so if they go and meet GottMik and they use she/her pronouns, that doesn't mean the next trans-male drag performer does... We're not all the same, you know and in today's world people are scared to assume things that's why you ask, especially drag performers, because trans or not,drag persona's pronouns vary massively

Gotmik on all stars is amazing. I’m not gonna lie. Initially was not a Lil’ gotty in her season bc her mean girl clique- association with Kandy and Tina which was not cute (for me) but away from being in the shadows of other alphas, she’s shinning on her own. I'm trans but generally I use they for someone who I'm unsure of their gender (sometimes these people are just gnc cis people). if the pronoun is established then it's not appropriate to use they and in that context it is misgendering imo. However I do try not to assume because with my dysphoria I know I'd be less triggered by 'they' than I would with 'she'.
