I never knew calamity had such cool minions in post moonlord. I’m glad I got to see a sample of what’s to come for me. I have to say one of my favorites had to be the mechworm cause it just looked awesome in its movements.

Fun fact about Flamsteed ring: Depending on what weapon you use will give you different stats, ex. When holding the Titan arm, you get a 100% crit chance. The ring also cannot consume rogue stealth, so when paired with endgame armor and the eclipse mirror will grant the highest damage of any build

Maybe they do the same as the vanilla whips but the post moon lord whips aline with the different armors you get. (For example, apon hit of what I call the godslayer whip will cause a explosion of God energy and it will buff your minions to do x3 damage or something.)

Theres some who use summoner accessories while being a different class. You can use Nucleogenesis, Statis Curse, and Dark Sun Ring. BAM! 10 minions slots(with non summoner armor)

@@froggie610 nah, a friend of mine is making a thing for Calamity called Insanity mode. I can’t remember much, but the biggest thing about it is that any boss from any point in the game can spawn in their respective biome. So for example, say you’re trying to get jungle armor in the start of prehardmode, and all of a sudden, Plaguebringer Goliath shows up out of nowhere and beats the shit out of you

one think that i think you should have done, is to use armour sets scaling with the stages of the game. because in endgame, it’s very unrealistic to have 4 elemental axes, you would have 3 or 2 times as much actually. other than that, amazing video.

Few ideas that might be cool, whip that is really large forwards but not to it's sides, whip that increases minion attack speed, whip that gives summons stupid amounts of tag damage and crit chance but has a really low normal damage, and a sort of mix between a chain knife and a whip.

Tip: if you use the scarlet devil (frawless) and Eclipse (rogue Accessory) you do quite obscene damage Since it does not consume Stealth The Flamsteed Ring (Ruthless) Do the test before you get nerf xd

Now here is some honorable mentions you'll never meet 1. how to Rule a Cult Guide "Allows player to summon Cultist's minions for your own cult"(sentry type) 2. Piranha Spore " clings to a target and grows into a Piranha Fungus that gains size and damage the longer it clings to a target as the fungus inflates it can do damage to enemies near the target, btw it requires constant a mana pool and once mana hits 0 it explodes doing splash damage if it is still being fed mana by mana flower or something 2 more spores develop on other targets also the more spores the more mana consumed

The plane summons looked like they were doing less damage because you weren't using special bullets, their gimmick is that they can fire any type of bullet that you have, like holy fire or terra bullets.

You can get Profaned Soul Crystal pre-SCal if you ONLY use the Profaned Soul Artifact in one of your accessory slots and defeating Providence in expert mode with singleplayer.

Remember, most of these are reskinned vanilla summons but with all main issues fixed, faster and no i-frames it seems. Once 1.4 arrives they're gonna have fun with blades, sanguine and terraprisma AI. Just imagine blades with 100 base damage

I think In the new update they should not have added whips cause they are basically melee weapons with tags instead they should have added weapons like the Ingush spear and the gamma heart which do summon damage but aren’t like melee and they do their own thing like an actual summoner should do. I still love whips don’t get me wrong but I can’t help but think that summoner will always have some gaping hole.
