It's not just a PvP stat, after meeting a baseline skill cooldown, attack speed, and ignore defense, the actual attack stats and HP are the numbers you want to push as high as possible, and you would have to sacrifice a lot of HP to truly max attack.

These tier lists mean nothing with the vague criteria you ramble on about with why you're putting them where you do. Moving a character from one row to another just because that row is crowded doesn't help anyone. Seeing how there are PVE only and PVP only and Support only characters, ranking them all together is kind of pointless. Maybe next time, instead of doing this on the fly, sit down and take some time and do it right first, have all your reasonings locked down with logical explanations and examples and then make the video.

Tbh this tier list is kinda out of alex's depth. First there is no way hulk is the best or most valuable t4 in the game. Also characters like angel and black bolt should be right bext to miles morales because they have similar pve performance. Look at beast mode vid comparing angel and miles very similar performance.

Hulk seems overrated. I’d say he’s mid or high A tier. He doesn’t beat Sentry, Adam, wolverine, or SS in PVP. For PVE, Hulk is great for a combat villain but Dr Octopus is not far off. I’d put Magneto at S tier minimum. He’s the best blast villain in ABX no contention for 2 years.

Gotta speak up for Shadow Shell. I realize she’s surpassed in PvE content, but I originally T4ed her to crack WBL stages and she was *still* carrying me through high end WBL content requiring Speed/Hero, Speed/Female, and Speed/Human until last month, now assuming the role of a reliable clear of a stage past 20 (for the best loot chest when they drop). She took me up through 54 Dark Phoenix, the last stage there she’s eligible for. The only reason I’m not contemplating if she can crack 65-69 Kang is because those stages require male, and she was all I needed to get through 34 (again, last eligible stage). It’s only now that I’ve cleared these and am running into 25+ Black Swan that she’s fallen off, and I was seriously contemplating finally T4ing Blue Dragon for the leadership to see if she can start pushing with the extra help…but I really need to save my T4 materials for other stage pushes, and it just doesn’t look like Blue Dragon will be quite enough. So I’ll keep pushing up through 29 Black Swan with stronger characters now that Shadow Shell has finally hit her ceiling and I’ll be repurposing her Judgement+ and slapping a PvP CTP back on her. The build she’s been doing it with? 4-star artifact unenhanced, No Odin’s Blessings, poorly rolled Brilliant Judgement (50/80 type amplification, 200 all element damage, the lowest those can be on a Brilliant). Having her T4 has saved me from needing to T4 other characters just to push a few WBL stages. I’m unironically hoping a new set of unis for the Warriors of the Sky lets her push super high Black Swan, even if that’s probably at least a year or two out.

For me just two mistakes blackbolt should be higher considering his dmg and Jean is more powerful than hulk for pvp and pve like if they where both available for the same amount of world boss levels Jean would be faster than hulk and it doesn't matter anyway because there is no massive increase in the T4 rewards in world boss at higher levels

I think it makes more sense to separate these lists by PVP, PVE, Hybrid, instead of ranking them all together. The list doesn't make sense if you put them all together because the value of the character is going to depend on how you built them, and what your account is more geared towards. I disagree with quite a few of your rankings. Black Panther is very much underrated. He's fun to play, and can do work in all PVE content. Characters like Miles, Gamora, and Torch are so strong at Lvl 80 that i wouldn't put them at the top of my list to T4. While Cyclops sucks, he is one of the few support characters at T4, and he can be used as a villain and a hero.

I agree with a separate list. It always drives me crazy seeing toons that have a lot to offer in pvp drop because some toon has more wb levels or something. But it's not easy to make these lists I'm assuming

@@kaodik I like Alex, but I think his lists are usually terrible because of this. Whether it's this, or his CTP lists, they're not very clear, so they're not very useful. The uses of a character like Deadpool, Thanos, Angel, or Invisible Woman are going to change BIG depending on the uniform and how you build them. It would take less time (and be more helpful) to make separate lists instead of combining them all on the fly. Just do the 'Best PVP T4s.' That would automatically cut out the PVE characters and he wouldn't even have to talk about them in that video.

Thor is so underrated, i'll put him on A tier or top B tier. Maybe he's not so good at abx/abl. But he's really good in WBL, used in many restriction and hit really hard in GBR. Used everyday in pve content, also cheap T4 and non-seasonal uni that's Thor advantages.

Beta ray bill has no biz being that high in A tier. Unless im mistaken, what content is he meta at? WBL? I would argue if thats the case, Thor should be higher. BRB passive isn't that good with only 35% increase dmg to only aliens. Adam is still meta in A tier, i see him all the time in Vibranium timeline and a staple in owb and AC. Hulk at the top is questionable man. To me if you wanna rate based on value on both PVE and PVP, Wolvie is better imo. To each his own i guess

You sleeping on Thor bro. As someone who had no access of GR seasonal since return, he serves me as my main striker (also best striker for shock season). On top of that, he is the 3rd fastest farmer plus is decent in wbl (currently my wbl+ pusher). He is so good that I got him a 32aa brage. Also psylocke double dipping in ABL (for cable and rogue), 2nd best farmer now and strong in ABL makes a S-tier for me.

I havent played in a while and just got back to this game, dumb question here, is there anyway to swap over uniform XP when you get a new uniform or can you not do that and have to start at 'normal' every time? I'm kinda shocked that you put Hulk at the top. I T4'd him when his uniform came out and I just have not had a good time with him. I do better in PvE with Doc. Oc. And I do not find Hulk fun to play at all. Kinda regret T4ing hulk tbh. Great video, though! Always interesting to hear your thoughts on this stuff

You need to T4 captain Marvel. She is my best Abx Abl performer and slays in GBR snd WBL. Thanos should also be S tier and Thor A tier. Practically every timeline team has surfer so S tier.

Hulk is the best out of your options but it is better to take your time with wolverine with his new uni. Not only is he better, but you will get closer to getting Jean grey.
