Jung was clear that number of known archetypes is not finite and that he could not possibly write about them all. Claiming that there are 12 of them is like saying that youd did not spend any time to understand the concept and Jung's work, especially that he wrote about much more archetypes then these mentioned in the video. Archetypes are patterns that are collectively experienced by people in thought-processes as well as unconscious states. You could certainly think about more then 12 if You'll put a little effort, I guarantee you. Have a blessed day.

Carl Jung wrote alot during his life and he went on learning more and more. At first he did equate the archetypes with the complexes people have off which there are an infinite amount, but the amount of archetypes itself are limited. For individuation there is the persona, the shadow (archetype of evil), anima or/and animus, and the Self (archetype of good, which also includes the child and the wise old man). So basically there are only 4 (persona, shadow, anima/animus and Self) and the rest is fun and all but in reality a distraction.

One more thing, this video is made by AI and the second video I made about the Trickster archetype (the shadow) is specifically about AI being the embodiment of the shadow archetype which makes it logical that It would distort and misrepresent the archetypes.

Agreed. If they must use AI (which seems to be the low-effort way to push out content these days), they could at least train it or phoneticise the word so that the name of the person that the video is about is pronounced correctly... to not do so, shows a lack of respect for the subject...
