I know some people are upset about SLS picking the same few athletes to compete every time but it's hard to argue when their contest skills are so dialed in. I love following all the skaters progress and recognizing the skaters from previous years

I kinda agree. the difficulty in hucking those big tricks, and being consistent, vs locking into grinds is way different. Thats why you don't see much people going big and tech

There's no apostrophe in "9s". With the apostrophe, "9's" means "9 is" or "9 has". Plurals do not use apostrophes. You're not helping the public perception of skaters being poorly-educated idiots and dropouts.

Joslin doesn't deserve these notes in my opinion, a 9 for a treflip are you joking and 9.1 for a bigspin fck, okay its a big gap but I don't think he deserve this notes just by doing the same basic tricks every time on a gap

I agree. And not only for Joslin. A lot of these tricks in the videos did not worth a 9 in my opinion. I mean they are really good. And the tricks are also. But honestly, really few special tricks. I said "wow" for the nollie 360 heel and 180 inward, and also the last cab tail bigspin out. But except these, mostly nothing else we haven't seen already. I think 9 has lost its value. If everything is a 9, then nothing really is a 9. Really? A switch flip over stairs is a 9? 180 50-50? Nothing special. Have seen these in competitions a lot of times already.
