The point is this, the police know what dey are doing. I want to believe The Camera man was told Not to Show the faces of the criminal's because they don't want the public to see there faces for stigmatization. So after collecting bribe & other activities has been done, some of these criminals will be released back to the society after some months or a year or two they will release them back to the public. So when you eventually see them outside there, you will never know that they were part of those Rubbers because there faces 👀 were never Shown 😢😢😢
