I love jane eyre and house of hollow!! also don’t let the iron flame hate put you off the book, I ended up liking it even more than fourth wing and if you go in with the right expectations hopefully you’ll love it too! 🤍

I see when the moon hatched and I click. I loved this book, gave it a 5 star. I did check the glossary a few times and didn’t mind it. You honestly don’t have to read it first you can just go along the story and then look at the glossary when you need to. I’m going to be honest I was a bit confused early in the book. Might be because English isn’t my first language and the flowery writing style or my dyslexia. Could be a combination but I didn’t have that much of a problem later on in the book. However the story really picks up for me when something happens to fmc and she meets mmc. I just love them and can’t stop thinking about them and this story. It’s torture to wait a year for book 2. Definitely going to read this book again even though it’s so long. That didn’t bother me the more I read. I wanted more.

zodiac academy got picked up by a publisher so they are getting edited and rereleased! honestly i like the ZA series but it could use editing so i’d maybe wait for that. also there is another series within that same world (i can’t remember what it’s called) but if you want to read it all in chronological order id look it up!!

House of Hollows has been a book that I can't stop thinking about... First time I read it I think I gave it 3.75, then read it again last year and raised my rating to 4.25... and I still think about it... So I'm probably going to read again this year and it might become a 5 star read I've read all of Riley Sager's books... House Across the Lake was not a favorite... The ending was very disappointing(3.5) The Nightingale is FANTASTIC(5.0) The Unmaking of June Farrow is in the running for my favorite read of the year(5.0) Southern Bookclub was a DNF... Me and Grady Hendrix don't mix Iron Flame wasn't as good as Fourth Wing, but still a good read(4.0)
