I let those guys go and believe me it is a mission and an achivement too. It's a III mission so you will see them 3 times and believe me the 3rd one is sooooo wholesome. I don't think i should spoil to you where they are the 3rd time but here is a spoiler alert: They are in the mountains on the far left on the map of the ranch where you killed the remains of O'Driscolls with Sadie if you chose to help her out. If i didn't explain well just search that area up to far left top of the map, like up that small river and you will find a tree house where they are at. So sweet.

Unfortunately these encounters can become bugged where it no longer gives you an option to jail the person. Sometimes they'll still acknowledge you having a potential prisoner, but it won't allow you to put them in their cell.

One time I brought a random stranger who attacked my near Annesburg to see what they will do. I went to jail with him and there was no interaction with officers or anything but I wasn't wanted lmao. Whole town didn't care

@@seboo5947 To add to that, i find it incredibly stupid that if someone attacks you or shoots you, the law doesn't give a shit and he can just kill you and nothing happens. While if you try to defend yourself, you get wanted and bounty on your head, amazing.

Yeah, it’s a weird bug. I recently brought in an escape to Lemoyne raider to the sheriff and roads, and he said “OK, put him in the cell money will be on the desk” but it wouldn’t let me put him in the cell, and there’s no money on the desk.

For the guy who shot his friend he ran away so I picked up the dead guy to maybe bring to the police but instead even though they all clearly saw him get shot by the other guy they thought I was a murderer and I had to escape Rhodes

I had this problem with a lot of people. I think the game should have more consideration over NPCs commiting crimes. Tied down a man who killed my horse - game treats it as kidnapping Tied down a man who punched a man to death - kidnapping Tied a random criminal - kidnapping Basically everthing is considered like I kidnapped someone.

This event almost started a war in Rhodes in my game. The guy shot his friend and I went to turn him, but an NPC started shooting at him after he killed his friend and followed me to the jail shooting, then he killed the arrested guy and the sheriff killed him. It was very confusing, but at least I got the reward lol

I didn't know until I watched this video that you can jail people who commit random crimes in the game. I killed the man who tried to strangle his wife, I killed the man who shot his friend, I rescued the man who had escaped from prison and got good information from him and continued on my way. I think you can play the game in many different ways.

That's why I save the bounty missions for John to do in the epilogue, that way he doesn't only have the ones to do with Sadie. It may be a bit hypocritical for John as well, but at least it's after he left the gang and went straight.

My Arthur shot just about all of these people...or let them go on about their various misdeeds...depending on the situation and what I thought Arthur (as an outlaw) would do. I never brought any of them to the jail though, that's for sure. Arthur only does what you make him. If you're that concerned with Arthur not being hypocritical...make different choices...and he won't be...
