ALL THE LORE: Touring my 3 year old Medieval Hood!

Felicitations friends! Greetings and welcome to a tour of my Twitch Medieval Charter Challenge, which we started way back in 2021.
Long ago, I used to upload VODs of this series to my second channel: / @teaaddictsteaparties2209
But I dropped the ball on doing this when I was too busy having babies and stuff. Now, I want to start again - but so much has happened!
So today we are touring the hood, catching up on ALL the Lore and what has happened to the residents of the hood (I'll give you a hint: much death!) so that we can resume uploading VODs once more :)

Ok first of all, before I forget - LOVE the thumbnail. Just gorgeous ❤Wow, Beth, I absolutely adored this video. I actually tried to watch it on the side while playing sims at first, but realized that that I was missing too much and had to give it my full attention. This hood sure is PACKED with lore and I'm so here for it. Thank you for showing this off! The families and sims are all so cool, but oh my god the houses are little works of art. That witch's hut took my breath away, but other favorites were the fishers' house by the river, the sheep farmers' house and that new restaurant lot you had just built. It sounds like so much fun playing with those random scenarios and with the live chat deciding on things, but I also adore your own ideas for things and how you have taken little bits and pieces of info and turned it into really in depth stories. Huge kudos for all of the work and heart you've put into this. What an incredible accomplishment ⭐

Loved this episode I love lore and I really like all the interesting storylines you've managed to weave in. Also I literally gasped when you made the connection that Victoria's father was murdered by her secret lover's father. How did I not put that together??! Ugh can't wait for that drama to unfold.

I am a very slow watcher but am enjoying this tour sooooo much, I got super inspired watching this I ended up starting a historical CC folder of my own and am working on my own MCC hood lol!! I love your singing and the dragon age origins inspired swamp witch house! The ROS defiinitely keeps things interesting

I'm in Canada so time zones usually make it really hard for me to make streams. You uploading to your second channel again would be AMAZING! Your Pleasantview and Mediville were the first things I ever saw from you years ago. I might have to watch the available VODs now that I know they're coming back!

Currently halfway through, but love this so much!! I’ve been playing a similar challenge in the Sims 3. I’ve been doing it with build a city challenge rules, but I love all of the additional rules you use that can lead to different deaths, etc. Definitely plan on implementing in my own game. Thanks for the content :)

I love this!! I personally could never get my lazy self to hunt down all the cc needed to play a medieval/historical hood but I love seeing others play them

Thank you! They have both loved their lullabies very much ❤️ my daughter absolutely lights up and starts dancing and smiling whenever she hears music, and my son is starting to sing songs himself now which is just the CUTEST thing 🥰🥰

I loved this video, it was so great to catch up on all the households! Also, your comment "The Watcher is actually encouraging this, if we're being honest" regarding the secret brothel absolutely killed me 😹 I hope you don't mind if I share some notes I made while watching the video, since the happenings of the old Midiville vods are still quite fresh in my mind, and I thought it could maybe help you? Hyland family: Landan Hyland actually died in a kitchen fire in episode 67, not because of a ROS (unless you resurrected him at some point?). Ornelle's death isn't in the old vods, but the birth of Willow Fishere's last babies, the twins Fisk and Aleyn, is in episode 94, and Willow survives while Ornelle isn't even there for the birth, and this happened in the old Fishere house, so Ornelle couldn't have died then. Fishere family: Matilda Fishere died in a fire, yes, but it was a random kitchen fire, not a ROS. Matilda's brother Finley died in the same fire, but he was saved from death by one of his parents, and this happened in episode 77. Hedley Fishere actually died from the flu, which happened after another kitchen fire that luckily didn't claim any sim lives in episode 94. Willow's death isn't in the old vods, but she did survive long enough to see the twins grow up into toddlers in their new yeoman house. Bird family: It was actually Donnie who murdered Harlow in the tavern, and then I suppose Donnie had to pay for his crimes with his life since he got caught. You got the ROS when playing Sadie and Donnie's household in the last old Midiville vod in episode 95. Man that was a fun storyline and I would have loved to see how Donnie's trial played out, because that sadly didn't make it to the vods. The Pirate family: Just a quick note on why Mabel had a memory of having Ruth which was because when you created the family in CAS, the game wouldn't let you accept the family before making the teenagers related to the adults, so you made Ruth related to Mabel and Frederick to Jon. After moving them onto the lot, you broke the relations with SimBlender, because you actually didn't want any of them to be related. Mercer family: This is a tiny thing which can be seen in the video from the ages of the kids, but Sonny is the youngest kid, who was born on his own, and Atticus is one of the triplets. Traveller Camp: Not really a note, just me wondering what ever happened to the father of Charlene's baby, Terrance Clay, who I thought was surely going to want to marry the mother of his child as a family sim. He didn't die in any of the old vods, so maybe an unlucky ROS claimed his life? Anyways, I'm very excited to see more of Midiville in the streams to come! (oh and I'm weslee3 on twitch, just have a different name here on youtube!)

I needed you there live when we were recording the tour LOL sorry for all of the inaccuracies, it was difficult to remember everything that had happened 😅 Everything makes so much sense haha - like why Ruth was "related" to Jon & Mabel when I didn't want her to be. Terrence Clay died due to a ROS I am fairly certain, though I don't remember how. He probably would have married Charlene otherwise. We dressed Charlene in black for "mourning" for quite some time! Maybe then Ornelle was visiting the Fishere family just to make comfort soup to heal them of the flu? 🤔🤔 hmm, I wish I had that VOD, it was so sad! It definitely happened in Matilda's kitchen, I remember her dropping dead next to the table. We have had so many fires haha, I always forget which ones were from a ROS and which ones werent 😅

@@TeaAddict well you can't be expected to remember every little detail from so many years ago, and i have an unfair advantage for remembering these things because i've just finished watching all the old vods 😹 but i'm glad you found it helpful! i'm bummed i missed the stream, but i suppose i was trying to be a normal person who sleeps at a normal time instead of staying up until 4am watching streams that night, since i checked and it wasn't on a sunday, which is the day i always miss your streams because of a dressage(riding) lesson i have at the same time. clearly i need to sleep less and watch more streams tho 🤔 (like that isn't what ends up happening without me even trying) i do recall ornelle being sick the last time i saw her, maybe at the fishere household? and i suppose if you had her selected, the sickness was able to progress even tho you weren't playing her? or maybe you have a mod that allows the sickness to progress on unplayable sims as well? a mystery nonetheless, just like willow's death, but maybe the colour of their ghosts could shed some light into what happened, as well as the memories of some of the sims living with them? 👀 wouldn't surprise me if willow died in a fire though, the fisheres seem to have a lot of those 😹 and poor charlene and terrance who never got the chance to be together as a family 😿 the ros can be so cruel sometimes

Thank you for this!!! Loved it!👏 I'm not a stream person so I barely ever get to catch it but I'm so interested in this hood and challenge. Everything looks amazing and there's so many fascinating stories going on. Loved seeing all the Skyrim conversions, your Bannered Mare and Wall Baskets turned out amazing! I wish I had caught the stream where you were in Blender because I don't know the first thing about it so I'd love to learn. Perhaps you'd consider doing a tutorial one day? I'd love to do my own Medieval hood eventually but no plans anytime soon, but for when that time does come I'd love to see a tutorial on building a medieval downloads folder!

Would you want to see a tutorial on converting stuff from Skyrim in particular? Or just a general CC conversions in Blender tutorial? @@steph8171 nah, I wouldn't, it is against many CC creators TOU to re-upload their stuff, in particular this hood heavily uses CC by the Sun & Moon Star Factory which have a strict no re-upload policy. I am working on a couple of things that I will share soon though, stay tuned ❤️

Bayland, it's a modern simself BACC. We play that or Midiville most of the time on Twitch.

@@BookloverFantasy92 teenage marriage is a hacked wedding arch. For pregnancy you can enable teen woohoo with ACR and then I roll to see if they get pregnant and if so, I use simblender to make them pregnant :)
