@followthedamntraincj50589 ай бұрын
@@kryos_100 not being in central Europe is still far from stating that they'd be mostly from Asia. Also pls keep in mind that the definition of metro has kind of flexible boundaries. Simple example: the Oslo metro is named T-Bane, short "tunnelbane", which literally means subway. Thus many systems might not be part of this compilation as they're rather rated as subway. Some cities might also have multiple rail networks, with one being named subway, one lightrail, commuter rail, ... and depending on the layout metro would be either the one, or the other, or none of those named
@petrilio7 ай бұрын
Geographically, should be called Central and South-East Europe, but that must also include the cities of Athens, Thessaloniki and Istanbul.
@kryos_1007 ай бұрын
@@followthedamntraincj5058 I see your point, but U-Bahn of Vienna is included in the Video, whereas the 4 REAL german U-Bahn's of Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Nürnberg are not. U-Bahn (short for Untergrundbahn) means Underground"train" (yes, Untergrund like the LONDON Underground and Bahn like the Scandinavian bane/bana) is definitely the German-speaking equivalent of Metro (coming from the LONDON METROpolitan line)
