I lived in Hinkley California from 1976 - 1981. In 1976 While we were still unpacking our boxes, there was a knock at our door. I opened it to see two military police officers standing there side-by-side & a third officer in a military Jeep parked out in front of our front yard. These MP officers were in full gear , helmets , uniforms, armbands that read MP, ect. They asked me if my parents were home? My mother came running in with a concerned look on her face and said "can I help you?" One of the two officers spoke up & said..... We had got word that you just moved into the neighborhood. We want you to know that whatever you see in the sky out here at night, DO NOT be talking to your friends about it because of National Security,...GOT IT?!!" I remember my mother looking puzzled at them but said okay. We had no idea what they were talking about? As far as we knew the nearest military base, Edwards Air Force Base was 50 miles to the west of us & China Lake US Naval test weapon Base was approximately 50 miles north of us as the crow flies, across the empty desert. So why were these two military police officers at our door? They got back in their Jeep and left. My mom and dad were talking in the other room saying things like " what are they talking about? & where are they from?" A day or so past. Is the sun was sitting, we noticed all of our neighbors were sitting outside in their lounge chairs. They had coolers & lounge chairs and we're all facing north looking at the mountains. My parents decided it was a good time to go out, introduce ourselves and meet the neighbors. After that, ask them what were they doing out there? When we got there we introduce ourselves and asked them " what are you guys doing?" They said,... we are going to watch the military test their UFOs tonight. They do it just about every Thursday evening, right after the sunsets. We had never seen anything like this before. My parents went & got some of our lounge chairs & we visited with them while waiting for this to happen. After a few minutes we noticed a bright orangish light rise up from behind the mountains! This flight was approximately 50 miles to our North. You could see it plain as day! You can see many miles in the Mojave Desert at night because there are no obstacles blocking your site. This bright orange ball stayed up in the sky for around 5 minutes. I don't know how high it was, t was approximately 50 miles away? If you were to put your finger out at arm's length, even with your nose, I would say it was 2" 1/2 - 3". Inches higher than your finger is. After a few minutes it exploded into approximately eight different balls. Each ball was a different color. These balls moved into a big circle pattern. After a few seconds the balls started playing cat-and-mouse with each other in the sky. They moved way faster than anything I have ever seen in my 53 years of life! (Except one time around 1996-97 I seen some UFOs way up in the sky, moving in a Delta formation. Flying Southwest toward Mexico. It was right after a big earthquake happened down in the Mexico area. Multiple UFOs hovered Above This particular City before & aftet a great earthquake happened in It . This was covered by ALL of the news media's worldwide! They stayed in the sky over the city for at least 3 days before the big earthquake.happend & after. Everyone was trying to figure out why they were there? ) Back to my story now..... These multi colored orbs/ UFOs I seen North of Hinkley, CA. In the Mojave Desert moved way faster than anything I ever seen before! They would go 50 miles to the West in a couple of seconds, stop do a couple of corkscrews and shoot 50 Mi to the East and be there in just a couple of seconds. They would go and stop on a dime! They did all of this in complete silence! It seemed physically impossible for anything to move like that! We could watch these demonstrations just about every Thursday night for the five years I lived out there. Sometimes they would go on for 45 minutes to an hour. When the whole event was over, they would go back into a circular pattern, merge back into one single ball & slowly go down behind the mountain. We would not see them again until hopefully the next Thursday night. I shared this story back in April 2020 on a KZbin channel called strange but true stories. Steve White was the narrator at the time. ( an awesome narrator!) Unfortunately Steve White s no longer associated with this channel. The name of the episode is called... We were missing 2 hours after seeing a UFO. The screen shot shows a convertible car. It is a 100% true story I wrote to Steve White! He read my letter 99 9% word-for-word. He rearranged a couple of words to sound better because, I am not very good at writing. 👍🇺🇸

I believe you 100%. Nothing cool like that ever happens where I live among the cornfields of Iowa. Steve White's channel was among my favorites, but it disappeared for awhile and upon its return, an awful narrator was screwing it up. I had to unsubscribe. I wonder if Steve caught Covid and became a statistic like hundreds of thousands (well over a million now) of other dead Americans. I hope not.

@25:25 I have a question. How can you have a shockwave in space without any atmosphere? This don't sound to be correct. Yes I am old enough to remember when the USSR launched Sputnik I into space. I couldn't as a child of 10 years old think why this was happening and why the adults were so concerned about it. After all it wasn't like it was in our backyards. Shee little did I know what was to come. I think the launch of Sputnik got everyone to start looking up, and then they started seeing things they never knew was up there. And as a young man with a curious mind went to my friends house where his dad was a Ham Radio Operator and could pick up the beacon signal from that Sputnik from Horizon to Horizon in which was a short time. I think that is what cot me into Ham Radio all these years later.
