An absolutely deviant use of cyanacrilate adhesive. This stuff has been around since the late 1960's and I used it in my job in the late 1970's. We were given a course on how to use the stuff safely. Avoiding contact with eyes and other body parts. Some people glued their hands or fingertips together. You were taught to avoid the initial reaction of pulling the bodyparts away from each other. This would pull the skin apart with painful results. You had to go to the nurses station and have a solvent applied to the affected parts. Then the nurse would use a scalpel to cut, very carefully, the two joined skins apart. Most people would never abuse or carelessly use the glue again. Worst were those who got the glue in their eyes as this warranted a visit to an ophthalmic surgeon for special treatment.
