i have a question, about the verb advise suggest and recommend there is no difference in meaning in the different reported speech ( that with ing form, with should, to + infinite) you said that should is used when it refers to something said in the past right? but "to+ infinite?

I'm just wary about the suggested use of "advise" here. Wouldn't we actually say something more like: Bruce advised the other guy TO GET someone more attractive to appear in the videos? Could you elaborate on this one, please!

Toby, couldn't we say, "Bruce suggested that Toby get someone more attractive to appear in the videos." I am confused as to why we couldn't use *suggested* this way.
