The idea that she should expect A9 (or really any ace high) to fold to her jamming range doesn't add up in my book. If you want to play like a maniac, you can expect your opponents to get sticky in spots where they would fold to any other player.

I used to play a lot of cash games in casinos, especially when the televised tournaments were happening. Vanessa would sometimes play in the midstakes NL cash games when she was in a tourney at the casino. She would play cash like she was deep in a tournament and get absolutely smashed up. Back then her temper was a little less under control.

This happened to me at a casino years ago. She and her friend came from a larger stakes table the broke and they were allowed to keep their full stacks. They just raised and reraised everyone so you basically couldn't play, then would scold them about their play. I waited it out and she literally turned to me and said "How do you play like that?" I proceeded to clean her out that next hand and she had a fit. Good to see little has changed.

This is a lesson for haters, you just judge the result of few hands but you all forget: 1. she won more 11M 2. In many hands she got a cooler 3. She got called in most of the spots from the nuts 4. She played a great hand with 44, she was right and she knew about the villain was in bluff with AX or a small pair that cannot call on a similar action 5. The hand with AJ versus 9-10 middle pair and flush draw, it should not be included, she correctly called on the turn a semi bluff and the villain won on the river getting his outs with equity about 26%. 6. Obv. On some spot she was super aggressive but that’s exactly her game play and a lot of time she got called from medium hands. So please come back to play freeroll.

I mean he calls her preflop aggression, then raises her on the flop, then he 4-bet shoves on her, if she took a second to think about her situation I think she can find a fold here. I think I played against her twin sister once in Australia, OMG I laughed so hard when I beat her! We had been playing for hours & I was just getting garbage & folding almost every hand unless I could get a cheap look at the flop.
