@@MakeItDairyFree I honestly haven’t tried a lot of the items you mentioned. The one item I have tried and don’t agree with is the Daiya cutting board shreds. I don’t think they taste any better than their original cheese shreds 😬 However, I do buy the Daiya shreds and make a cheese sauce by adding nutritional yeast, vegan butter, cayenne, peeper, garlic powder, onion powder and oat milk (once in a while I’ll add liquid smoke).

It really sucked. It sucked like crazy the whole time my son was a kid. People would not understand he was allergic to meat Yep that’s right meat. Or buckwheat or anything with the large protein. I can’t tell you how many times I caught people trying to give him meat with him vigorously fighting it off. Also people trying to sneak it into his food. One of his college mates in China mixed some in with his food it took him several days to recover and it was just what was on her chopsticks.

Looove you guys and your videos! Something I’ve been thinking about regarding your taste test videos (obviously not this one but the other ones) is that they get lengthy because you’re trying to get through a lot of products (which is GREAT) but reading the label and ingredients and allergies can take awhile so when introducing the product it might be most efficient to list the product name, any allergies and the price as an edit instead of having to have you guys read the box and read it all out! It’s def valuable information but I’m mostly here to enjoy you guys, your personalities, your banter, and ofc the vegan food reviews but reading the label of a box (although very important and valuable for those with allergies) isn’t usually what I’m in this for so having an edit may be a good compromise! This is just a humble suggestion because I love your channel and you guys and if you disagree that’s completely valid but I thought I’d just throw it out there!

I think if you were to rate some vegan cheeses I would like to know which ones are best. We have a great vegan pizza spot in Southern California, but I cannot find a cheese that is best. Keep up the great work. I just found your channel and find a wealth of information. I do not do dairy so I am always looking for alternatives.

Thanks for the feedback. We take vitamin b12 spray, a multivitamin, vegan omega supplement and magnesium. I'll try to get something together on what we take and why. but just wanted to answer quickly

So I mean this encouraging, so please take it that way but since you mentioned pace I thought I’d comment- this is actually one of the first videos of yours I’ve actually made it all the way through! I like your personalities a lot and what you say but I feel like even though I enjoy your taste tests they tend to move pretty slow and I lose interest. Again, don’t mean it rude because I WANT to like them. I really liked how quickly you guys moved through these but still have your real and down to earth perspective. I don’t know, just my two cents. 😊 either way, happy new year and thanks for what you do!

Great video and great idea. I totally agree with that yogurt. I’ve found quite a few different vegan yogurts that I like, but that one is by far the best!

Most of your opinions are in line with my tastes. I am waiting for someone-anyone to come out with Vegan string mozzarella cheese. I've contacted daiya, no retort or even acknowledgement of the communication, several other companies that focus on nondairy cheese products, zero have responded. Oatly is the only Vegan food manufacturer that has yet to acknowledge and dare I say RESPOND to any of my enquiry's or comments. Dr. Praeger(spelling?) Burger, I found to be awful. There is a Hemp burger out there that I cannot recall the name of right now it might have been Hillary's.., 🤔🤷 but it was surprisingly tasty👍🏽 I now follow you guys, so, thank you for all that you do, keep up thr great work❣️

Thanks for much for following. Daiya does have cheese sticks but it's their original recipe unfortunately. I agree that it would be awesome for someone to make a great one

Oui is the best yogurt! The glass jars are good for dipping sauces later too. Haha. I do wish the price point was a bit lower.

Thanks, this is really helpful! I do have one suggestion for both of you because I’ve noticed this in every video I’ve watched. You both tend to say “uhhmm” between almost sentence and sometimes between words. To avoid this habit, keep practising not saying that filler and remind each other when you hear it. It doesn’t take long once you catch yourself and practice speaking without saying it to get rid of the habit. I think it could help improve your videos. Sending lots of love, your content is great.

I thought I was the only one that the excessive use of “um” drove them crazy.

Thanks we are trying. We are actually both introverts and filming still isn't easy. Thanks for the feedback.
