Terrific haul for $80! Especially since almost everything was sleeved and toploaded. Not often you come across a collection so large for such a great price that was as well kept as this. Right on, Jon! Thanks for sharing!

Jon, you are the master of big bulbous boxes! You found a lot of great cards in that B.B.B.! Many interesting, shiny inserts that are both cool and intriguing. About the 19 mn mark the Ewing card was doing a 'Walkden"-like fly by! ;) Around 27 mn, I believe I glimpsed a couple of Fleer Ultra Eric Bienemy RC's? He was a standout RB for the Colorado Buffaloes in the late '80's. He's been an OC for the KC Chiefs, and some other teams. Dood, keep finding as many of these cool, loaded (insert ______ your choice of fav phases/customized words) B.B.B.s! YOU are the KING of B.B.B.s, Jon!

Pre 94 baseball strike card boom. In Australia, cable tv & MJ drove a US Pro sport revival. Shops opened in most retail malls. Then it crashed and people were dumping stock at card shows.

Man just went through my brother and my cards after my mom said she's throwing them out if I don't take them. My wife wasn't loving it as we have a 9 month old and a couple boxes had mold (they were in their basment). I hadn't thought about cards since I was a kid. It was fun as hell going back to the junk wax era. Couple Griffey rooks, Mgwire, Sosa, Glavine. Learned how the junk wac isn't worth a damn but it was still fun as hell. I'll give the cool ones to my kid someday. Moldy and all. By the way this haul is sick.

Hell yea huge lot w a bunch of decent hits. Well worth the $80. If u piece it out prob $300-500 worth of cards. I would have been all over that. You never know what could be in there. Grabbed 2 boxes from the thrift store the other day… 4 1/1s in total. A bunch of numbered cards, and a bunch of votto rcs who u mentioned. Again love ur content and knowledge of the vintage/error cards. Ps any of the 90s early 2000s chrome refractors are worth $$$. Especially numbered.
