Christoph Magnussen Not ecactly. At least not a copy. We need to take certain aspects of the mindset and digitally transform the German way. Design thinking or User XP should be at the forefront for example. Continuous innovation cycles and structures that break up the linear thinking. Open work spaces and an open culture that enables creative minds to find creative solutions. However, looking closer at what is happening in Silicon Valley one thing is sure, we must at always keep society as a whole in mind. If one startup gets more, someone has to get less. Creating a good social structure and not pure capitalistic shareholder-focused companies. Digital decentral social valleys. Has a nice ring to it
