I've had epilepsy and had nocturnal seizures my whole life. I would have headaches, wake up so tired, I always felt nauseated and couldn't stay awake during the day. I was finally diagnosed with Generalized Seizures at the age of 37 of Sep 2021. I wish I had better health care and better doctors.

I had a widow maker heart attack about 5 years, and I believe it's the same time I started having seizures. I called them episodes as I didn't know I was having seizures at the time. Consideration, low heart rate, high blood pressure, syncope, lightheaded, brain fog, vision issues, and a few other things. I'm on blood pressure meds and anti seizure meds and heart meds, but these episodes happen anywhere from 1 to 3 a day up to as many as I believe 20 times a day. My heart rate and blood pressure really have no rime or reason to it. It will go from high to low and back to normal condition without a set pattern. My question is, can a heart attack cause the seizures? Sorry for the wandering around in this question as it's a side effect of what's happening to me. I was diagnosed with seizures just a few months ago.

I had syncope from my heart throwing pic's. The staff told the emts I had a focal seizure then I went limp and calapesed in her arms and she laid me on the floor on my side so I don't aspirated on my body fluid.. then at 4 minute I came back and I started to get kind of scared and moved my hands away from the ems hands so they had to talk to me to calm me down so they could put an iv in my hand so incase they had to give me fluid . Could be caused by TLE. including ictal cardiobradyia. Shane Palacio
