Great video! It made me want to get a new wand next week, I love the color of the fantastic beast wand box! Our first time going was my sons make a wish trip, even on that he didn't get picked in the wand ceremony, (looking back I should have set it up, i just assumed being make a wish and knowing it was it wish it would happen) we struggled so hard with the magic at first, it was so crowded we couldn't find the spots and it was crushing to be at his make a wish and things being so bad. I went into ollivanders and explained the situation, once they realized it was his make a wish they were beyond amazing, they had someone with us in every area helping him, even when we went to hogsmeade it just felt like they were looking for him to help. It was so special and the way he was treated on my wish trip really made me a fan of universal for life.

Working on a creative way to frame/display the wand map…it’s so “displayable”! And… yes logic says Anna is a wand…but logic also says since tomatoes are a fruit, ketchup is a smoothie…so…

The time I got chosen, we were first in line at the door in the next group. I don't know if the team member at the door hinted to the Ollivanders worker to pick us or something? My sister and I were chosen together. The wands he gave us weren't working, so we had to swap, and then they worked. I was so giddy.

The absolute only thing I'll thank covid for is that when i was able to go there was low crowds and they were only letting in one group at a time to Olivander's. My group was me all garbed up in wizardly fashion and my wife who videoed me turning into a sugared up child getting chosen. Now I just hope I'll be able to go back someday, cuz covid also gave me some awesome long term stuff. Love to meet you guys someday.

We have never had issues with the wands! We put them diagonally in their own locker and they fit just fine!

There's so many beautiful towns and places up in central florida that aren't too far from the parks but just far away enough to do day trips! (I HIGHLY reccomend checking out Eustis and Mount Dora, Northwest of Orlando, I used to drive through them to the parks when I was in college and near Gainesville and it was always gorgeous, and besides Ocala National Forest there's so many unique rivers and lakes in this part of Florida to camp at/explore :D

The last time we were at Universal going through security we were told by one of the security guards not to put the interactive wands through the conveyor belt because the machine can actually damage the sensor!
