If she said that he sang really well and hit all the notes, by definition of her job there, she should have pressed the f*cking button... And even if we were to accept that sad excuse, if 99 other people from the business (most of them way better and much more experienced) said that the guy is good, then drop the act and be humble, accept that your "opinion" is wrong. That face is because when she saw she was the only one that didn't hit the button, she knew she screwed up.
