When does that door open at the beginning of the path to the last large chest?

You can open this door at the beginning of "Bloodbath" side quest.

If the door is closed to you, just climb up the boxes at the back of the warehouse. Go back the other way, jump onto the wood held by the rope, and climb the plant trellis. It's ok! You can open the doors and rescue the chest
