The right shoulder button summons a ball, similar to when you're in a picnic, only this ball is *way* bigger. You can then attack it to launch it incredibly far.

Didn't know you could run. That was one of my biggest complaints! I really hope they release an update for this or expand on it in the next game. I'd love to be able to jump for more freedom of movement. Also wish you could teleport yourself to your Pokemon's location and disable auto attacking, that way if you come across a shiny you can teleport to it without losing it and not have to worry about accidentally KOing it. Would make farming mass outbreaks much more fun if I could freely grind them as my Pokemon without worrying about accidentally killing the shiny.

Here’s another little trick I just found thanks to a shiny deerling If you find a shiny and your trainer is fairly nearby but out of spawn distance, auto battle another pokemon near the shiny and it’ll start running away from you. Now you can slowly guide it back to your trainer and leave synchro mode when it gets close enough! Update: Been doing some tests on random wild pokemon, doesn’t seem like everything flees at the sight of an auto battle, but I’m not sure if shinies work differently. While it seems I can change the wild Pokémon’s direction I haven’t been able to recreate the shiny deerling encounter consistently. I’ve found pokemon tend to run in the opposite direction the auto battle took place from them and not your pokemon.

@@KBPokemon No problem! No one wants to lose a shiny after all! I’ve only done this once with said shiny deerling so if it happens again I’m gonna try to see how it works on different pokemon, though I assume it works like regular auto battles where wild pokemon near the auto battler run away

The only problem I see with this is if you're nowhere near the trainer, so you would be unable to get the shiny Pokemon.

@@jyoster6447 I haven’t done a stress test but in theory it’s possible to get a shiny across biomes, but I guess it depends on where your trainer is and the terrain leading to them

You can make a Pokemon walk by moving the analog stick halfway; do note that thumb control is needed for this. Also, certain Pokemon can swim, while others will just return to you.

You can auto-battle wild tera pokemon thru syncho, but there's absolutely no reason to do so. For some reason it refuses to count it for either battling wild tera quests or autobattle quest, and I've tried using various mons, a few that even get the ko's too like lugia

It happens automatically when the Pokémon stands still for long enough.

Yeah it's a rare animation, you gotta spam the attack button until you randomly get it. Many if not all Pokemon have 2 attack animations in Synchro mode.

I hope they expand upon this in the future, I’d love to be able to choose what animation I play, and have more to choose from. As a ceruledge, I sorely want to do the “snicker” they sometimes do, it’s so cute and cheeky and one of the many reasons I love that pokemon so much!

The synchro machine ain't perfect I say, but it's pretty good. I especially love dashing around Gogoat, I even once ran around the whole Terrarium all the way back to myself!

Funny thing is that even in the game itself it´s just a prototype. ^^ I find it a cool feature but besides walking around as a Pokémon, doing "auto-battles" and collecting items there is not much to do. I understand that it´s just for fun and for example flying around as your favorite Pokémon is great but I wouldn´t mind if you could for example use it to access special areas like underwater or underground.

@@Choujifangirl Some Pokémon can “float” and slowly descend when moving off a ledge, but you can’t ascend with them. Take Mewtwo, for example. It can float and stay in midair instead of walking, which it can switch between, but floating off a ledge won’t make it drop instantly. It instead will descend slowly while it moves around in the air.

Unfortunately you can't fly fully. It's more like gliding, as you move your flying Pokemon, it will slowly descend but you stand still while flying, it will remain on the air.
