They have two water taps. One is all cold and one is all hot. They mix the two in the sinks or the buckets as desired. 👍👍

I would advise going local if you can. You will have a good experience. Hotels with a spa will try to charge you €80 for a hamman and massage. In France we pay €45 for an hour massage. We told them we wouldn't pay more than €35 for the hamman and massage. We negotiated a better deal for a package of four, but outside of the hotels, where the locals go, is much better. We did a trip to a hamman which offered a mudbath. That was nice, but they separated my wife and I after the hamman. They tried to upsell saying we had various back and joint problems and wanted to charge extortionate money to treat it. We said 'No'. My wife had a male masseur and I had a female. Mine wasn't very good. My wife was touched inappropriately by the guy who was badgering for a tip.
