The Marvel Spider-Man movies have been the best due largely with him crossing over with the Avengers and Dr. Strange. Can you imagine the hype Tobey McGuire would have had crossing over to multiple movies and teams?! The hype with the 3 Spider-Man with Dr. Strange alone was nuts!

After the letdown of Deadpool and Wolverine and all the changes of traditional Marvel male heroes to female or just based on ethnicity, I can't say I'm stoked about any of it. Blade reboot might be good and of course Thor and I'll be compelled for the Avengers although they're getting too much going on. I would've liked seeing the Fantastic 4, but of all of the changes of traditional male heroes to a more contemporary female persona, the Silver Surfer has got to be the most disappointing change so I'll pass on it.

Then in late eighties it was redone with rick flag Jr and dc villains. Thunderbolts came out in nineties after they killed all the main avengers characters in 616 and relocated them to a pocket universe. The original concept was a team of villains pretending to be heroes as a avengers replacement.
